very bad structure and customer support, there is no cordiality in the conduct of services, thus being abusive and misleading, causing you financial losses. Be careful when trying to hire services in this place, just marketing. few equipment structure inferior to what it supports!

We moved out state and we notified 2 months prior, they didn’t want cancel our membership and now they want to put our account in to collections. I’m on the other side of the country how come I have to pay $200 cancellation fee or pay the whole year off without using the membership? We moved due to work and is a cancellation due life style change. WE DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Long story short.The very first time I called on the phone inquiring for PT sessions and was told that they would call me back within a day.A week later I went in person, spoke supposedly with a secretary and left my name and number...."Someone will get back to you asap".... I was told.After few days called again and was told that the instructor would call me in a couple of days.....well now is almost another week.Disappointing, gym looked nice.

I have been a member at Evolution since it’s grand opening. The fitness area and the class rooms are always extremely clean. However, I go to Evolution for their state of the art equipment. Any and every muscle group and every possible way of isolating it. There is a machine to do so at Evolution Gym. Also, the on location physical therapy really creates a total wellness experience. Then, the free parking and the day care make it realistic for me and my spouse to exercise together. Member for life.

Big open modern style gym with amazing atmosphere and beautiful new equipment. This is definitely one of the best gyms in Newark or surrounding area to go! Friendly staff and great products available from shakes to supplements they have you covered.

Terrible attendance1- This shows how much professionalism is lacking on the part of the attendant who, instead of apologizing and trying to improve, says that all the complaints here are the fault of the customers2 - and yes, if I don't like something about an establishment, I come here and I will give my voice because customers need to be heard, and if they are smart, they listen to feedback and try to improve.

This gym does not care about state-mandated mask policy nor your health. I waited months to workout...only to walk in and see front desk staff without mask, talking to customer without mask, trainers talking to customers without masks, guy using leg extension without mask. Membership cancelled.Update: in response to the unprofessional comment left 10 months after my review, by the ‘owner’…Why would I waste my time reading reviews about a gym I cancelled my membership to? My experience is all that matters to me, and the manager even called me to tell me they had a hard time w enforcing masks (though staff didn’t wear them). Again, I made the right decision for myself. Consider hiring a social media mgr to give professional, timely replies…
