In pandemic times, Gyms are now beginning to reopen to the public, problem is this gym is very light on imposing simple rules like have the costumers wear masks or clean up the machines after using them... So, go at your own risk, since they don't care if you get sick or go in sick, because noone checks on temperature either. Good luck to all

Great place to work out great gym very safe covid19 Precaution and safety

Highly unprofessional! I have requested several times to cancel my membership after the gym shutdown for several months due to Covid. They are claiming that I still have 3 months left to my contract and I must pay no matter what or my account will go into debt collection. Are you KIDDING ME? Go to the gym during a pandemic!! Its not this difficult CANCEL my account you have already collected payment for a month when this all began that I couldn't attend the gym!Now the gym is shutdown AGAIN due to surge of people infected in this area and I am still getting calls from their financing company trying to collect payment from me.I have been coming to this gym for years and I am so so disappointed by how they handled this situation.Listen we are all desperate to stay afloat during these hard times but charging people to be in a situation where they are likely to get sick or infected is ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

I just signed upSo far so good. Nice gym. Crowded at 6pm but that's every gym.Price is reasonable for the 6 months I signed up for.

I have been to other gyms, and I will say I prefer this one because of the following reasons:It is absolutely always clean, weights always in place and the staff absolutely always ready to help (I won’t need to mention her name because everyone will know who it is, but this Portuguese girl always cheerful and greets with a smile, is basically the first good impression of the place.)The gym has updated machines and a diverse set of personal trainers, who even if they are not training you personally, they always help so you won’t hurt yourself while working out.My favorite is the fact that they have a tanning salon! So you get the whole gym experience here. I’m leaving this great review because I started at 2017 and it’s 2020 and the service has not dropped in quality. This meaning continuous effort put into service. 😄

my wife and I has gone to multiple gyms, but so far this is great gym. as parents I would recommend parents to attend, the kids club is what makes it great for parents. the ladies that work there in the morning and afternoon do a great job with the kids. I feel comfortable leaving my son there I always have great experience with both. The equipment are little too close to each other and when its crowded you will bump in to anyone. other then that this gym is great employees are friendly so as the trainers as well. the parking can get annoying with the 2 hour parking but there's always parking around the gym and its understandable since the parking lot is for other business as well. lastly owners/mangers need to talk to their employees privately not in front of customers/children.

Excellent gym, beautifully done aesthetically and decoratively, but the equipment is also top notch, staff is super friendly and the members all know what they are doing and have excellent gym etiquette. I will definitely be coming back here to work out as much as possible. Highly recommended.

This has been my spot for 3 years now. Can't complain. It's clean ( I go in the mornings), all the machines work, there is free space for stretching, etc (unless there's a class), everyone is friendly, other gym goers are courteous. It's a great gym can't say much else!

They are rude on the phone not to just me to many people I have asked about. I tried to get a price more or less of how much the gym membership was and they refused to talk any of us about prices and told us individually, we need to come in for a consultation. We explained we were new to the area and before coming in we wanted to see if the price range was something we can afford. Two people laughed it off and they still said no membership talk overt the phone after asking to speak to a manager or someone more uncharge they said no one else is more uncharge then them ?. Very Arrogant customer service. If we go into the gym we will make sure these two people girl and guy, do not sign us up and hopefully there is a better to more accommodating gym around the corner.

It's a smaller gym packed with character. The classes are excellent, and the staff is very helpful. Went to several of the classes and in the one that was Portuguese, they spoke both languages to help me through. Would definitely visit this facility again.
