Incredible facility - spacious, clean, and organized with plenty of equipment. ROC classes are a challenging mix of strength and endurance, and modifications can be made for all fitness levels. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. I love the positive energy and always look forward to the workouts. Highly recommend!

Great place to work out. A very positive community of folks interested in fitness and obstacle course races. Coach Adam and Ben provide great advice and training plans. If you are interested in obstacle course racing, either for the first time or to improve your time, check this place out.

I wanted to do my first obstacle course race, and went looking for a place to train. I ended up finding so much more than a gym!757 ROC has become a place that our entire family loves to spend time. We are pushed in new ways physically, we are surrounded by like-minded people who encourage us every step of the way, and we get to do it together...as family!

this place is absolutely amazing! I love the workouts and it is fantastic training for any obstacle course race. What really keeps me coming is the community and the coaches. everyone is so supportive of one another and the coaches always do a great job at helping with movements you may not know or need help on. 757 roc is the best! Aroo! 💪

Went here for about 1.5 years and it's among the least welcoming and inclusive gyms I've ever been part of and I've lived in a lot of places. Found it super-cliquey (but that's also why they haven't really been able to successfully expand their clientele beyond their church group and many of their ex-clients left for other gyms in the area). But more than that, it was also not run professionally - they used to operate out of a different facility that they just left one day without giving any heads up and never heard of what happened to that money or the classes we paid for there. And they started classes in the new facility without giving a heads up to anyone but their core cliquey group, which is a pretty clear indicator that the gym isn't as open and welcoming as they like to pretend it is.The programming was also not helpful - within a couple of months of leaving it, I became both stronger and faster than after more than a year of being there. Especially a poor environment for learning lifting - coaches' cues were vague and it was clear that they didn't know how to teach lifting technique. Overall, the Hampton Roads has a TON of gyms with way more welcoming and inclusive environments, and I'd suggest trying those out instead.

Best fitness community in the 757. Whether you’re an OCR veteran or considering your first mud run or obstacle course race, 757 ROC is for you. The programming meets all people where they are in their fitness journey and the coaches are great at customizing workouts for all levels. I’ve come so far in my time with this team and now I have so much confidence going into any race. I love it here, and you will too!
