I was down in the area for a few days for work and looking for a CrossFit not too far from the job site or hotel too drop in at, glad I found the time to get in at CrossFit Oyster Point! Sandi was above and beyond helpful with the drop in process and helping me exchange my shirt after I dropped in when I got the wrong size (I'm a large, I know I'm a large, no matter how big the large looks I am not a medium-and that's okay) and Bomba (sp?) ran a great and super friendly class, a little ice breaker but nothing too kitschy, and I even got to demo some movements for the class. When I was there they were doing Mayhem programming which made it even better as that's our programming at my home box so I could even log the same workouts as my crew back home. If/when I'm back in the area I'll definitely stop by again! Oh, and there was a dog in the class after mine-Maggie-very sweet, wants all the attention and belly rubs 11/10
