Literally the best gym ever. Everyone is super nice and the equipment is great. They have free water, and a vending machine with all sorts of stuff.

Have had a few gym memberships, this one has raised the standard in all aspects. There are 2 locations, one in Gloucester and one in York. They both have plenty of equipment. The staff and other gym goers are awesome and I felt at home from the beginning. I'm down 80 lbs and have had a huge improvement in my lifestyle. Thanks for all you do, BBD.*Hopefully you have the opportunity to meet the owner, amazing guy.

I’m updating an earlier review I left after having made several unsuccessful attempts to get someone to return my call requesting information on the Hayes facility. I was fortunate enough to see D’Shawn (owner) himself outside one day as I was leaving the grocery store. I told him about my unfavorable experience in trying to get a call back and he gave me his cellphone number so I could call him when my fiancé and I were ready to come by and look at the facility. I called a few weeks later and he arrange to meet us on a day and time that was convenient for us. When we arrived he showed us the facility and answered all are questions. He was very personable and polite. After working almost 20 years for a large corporate fitness center in Gloucester I was very impressed and surprised with the selection of strength training and cardio equipment Body By D has to offer. There is a bigger variety of strength training machines than where I used to work out plus some I had not seen before. Additionally, there is a very large area in the back where you can do stretching, an work, lunges, etc. - much larger than the facility I where I used to work. Another big bonus for us is it is open 24/7. I am looking foward to getting back to working out.

Dushawn got these legs feeling like jelly...maybe water is a better comparison because I currently struggle walk straight and just forget the stairs lol thankfully he has a great personality and motivates us thru the workout😊Great gym, great atmosphere, GREAT workout and my waistbeads have dropped and inch or so. #winning …

If you are looking for a Planet Fitness type gym then this is not for you. In my opinion this gym is for people that want to train hard, make some noise in a good environment. All employees are certified instructors. I have been going to this gym off and on since around 2013 and I really enjoy the atmosphere. Staff and people are very friendly and supportive of each other.

Took three weeks to get a call back, should have just stopped in. The guy was very nice, informative. I've heard great things about this gym. Masks are not required, so I've had to pass. Would love to work out with a trainer here.

Hevent been to the gym but it does look nice, the turf field is very nice to play on but they do not allow soft ground studs so either you have to have sneakers or turf studs

They have a pretty good indoor soccer field with turf, which is why I go there. Usually you pay around $65 for a season tournament which is about 10 games give or take. They also have a ring a bodybuilding section.

It's a cool and unique gym with an indoor soccer field, a boxing ring, a small outdoor soccer field, and a good size weight training area. The only complaint I have is the weight training area is missing a heavy duty squat rack/power rack.The best thing about this gym is it hosts the annual "National Sit-down Armwrestling Championship" put on by the armwrestling team " Team Brutal".
