The energy is great, the coaches are professional and really take time to ensure that your pride doesn't outweigh your performance and or your safety. The coaches take time to praise your hard word, and correct any body mechanics the might need work. Their are many levels of fitness at this gym so, there is no feeling weak, out of shape or left out. And it's a great place to bring the kiddos to workout together.

My wife and I started doing CrossFit almost a year ago, CrossFit HUI is the second gym we’ve been to. This place is we’re it’s at. If you’re wanting to compete, this is the place. If you just want to look and feel better, this is the place. If your looking for just good people to meet and feel apart of something, this is the place. Best BOX in VA!

You deserve to give yourself your best life and CrossFit Hui can help you get there. Ohana is the Hawaiian word for family and it best describes the coaches, athletes, and the atmosphere. The workouts are scaled for everyone regardless of your ability and Coaches Fe, Stan, Butch, Red, and Heather are a powerhouse of knowledge on nutrition, mobility, gymnastics, weightlifting, sports medicine and massage therapy. I’ve been going for almost six months now and I’ve seen real progress. Don’t sleep on CrossFit Hui and treat yourself!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I started CrossFit hui last year in October, and ever since I have been overly satisfied. It has not only helped me physically , but it has also helped me mentally and emotionally. I've never done CrossFit before coming here and the people here (not just staff, but the other members) are super helpful with everything. They push you and challenge you but they make sure to not let your pride get in the way and they take the time to teach you proper techniques to keep yourself safe.

Best crossfit gym I've been to. Great community with very attentive and knowledgeable coaches. I dropped in for about a month while working in the area and this will be my regular gym whenever I'm in town. Fun people and tough workouts... can it get any better!?!

By far the best crossfit box in Hampton/Newport News area! Unlike other gyms where it feels like all they care about is getting your money, HUI is not like that at all. They have knowledgeable coaches and great workouts but it's truly the people that make this gym stand out.
