I love this studio. I’ve been to other hot studios and prefer Hot or Not. The teachers are better, clearer with instruction. Classes are smaller with more attention to the individual.Once I tried hot yoga for a week, I knew I could never do regular yoga again. The difference in the way I feel is night and day. The heat really helps with flexibility and aching joints.Don’t reject or fear the heat! It is your friend.

I have only dropped in for one class but will definitely be going back 🤸‍♀️ They offer a $20 one week trial so you can try out multiple classes. My first Saturday class was definitely not the rigid Bikram hot yoga class I had gotten used to, and I loved the flexibility to move between different poses and to do what felt good for you. 💯 recommend!

A great place to practice or try hot yoga. Open all year. The location and facilities are fantastic. The covid precautions make the yoga experience feel luxurious. The staff and owner are great and easy to work with. The salt room is a great place to sit and meditate.👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Normally when I see a business that has mostly "5 stars" I become very suspicious regarding the validity of the comments.However, as a real customer of the "Hot or Not Yoga Studio," I can honestly say, these 5 stars are well deserved! I love the atmosphere, classes, diversity, and all of the instructors I have learned from up to this point (I have attended about 20 sessions over the past 8 months). The "beginner" sessions are perfect for all levels! The cold head towel at the end of the sessions are my favorite, it is like placing a cherry on top!Hopefully my comment will inspire you to attend a session(s) so you can love up on and reset yourself (mind, body, and soul)... You deserve it!

This is such a wonderful place to either learn yoga or extend your practice. It had been a while since I last practiced and the teachers were excellent, even staying after class to answer my posture questions. The front desk are warm and the atmosphere is relaxing. It's a great place to rejuvenate, refocus, and grow stronger.

Been practicing here since Feb, and if I wasn’t moving out of town would continue to do so. Great classes and times available with wonderful teachers and staff! Always a wonderful part of my week. My fave classes were with LeeAnne, Jeff and Spencer- the other teachers are equally gifted and anyone can find one who fits their practice! Thank you to the team for igniting a passion for hot yoga in me!

The quality of every part of my experience here is always top notch. The instructors and staff are fantastic. The massage therapists are great. The yoga classes have changed my life, my attitude toward my body, and become my favorite part of each day. The schedule of classes offered is very convenient and allows me to get in a class at any point in my day. They even offer classes for yoga teacher training, reiki, meditation and more. As if this isn't enough, the studio and showers are ALWAYS sparkling clean.

Friendly and welcoming studio. There are beginner and more advanced classes and a rotating roster of awesome teachers. The classes start early and go late so it's easy to fit one in. In addition to yoga they offer massages. Always been happy with both! The studio is spotless too, and they offer hand towels for free and yoga mats/ towels for rent. There is no pretense here, everyone is welcome.

Really nicely run studio - I was kind of surprised, just because it is sort of tucked away in a nondescript shopping center. I wasn't expecting such good customer service and such a nice setting. Their $20 introductory week of unlimited yoga is a great way to sample classes and teachers and see which ones you like best, but so far all the teachers I have tried have been great. Each one has their own style, but over all the quality is consistent. Highly recommend.
