Good value overall - I have been going to this location for a couple of years, and I would recommend a membership for anyone looking to improve their fitness.Wide Range of Facilities - I like the large amount of free weights and machines. Although it can be difficult to find available equipment during weekday afternoons/evenings, I can usually find what I need after ten minutes or so. I also like using the theater and indoor swimming pool for cardio workouts.Nice Staff - I appreciate the staff! I can count on them to resolve any issue. They frequently walk around and working to provide a clean environment (cleaning floors, emptying trash cans/towel bins, etc.).Things that Need Improvement - Sometimes their sweat towels smell strongly of vinegar. Also, the showers adjacent to the pool smell like sewage. There is only one rowing machine available when a fitness class in session.

Jobeiwan is a friendly, professional, and encouraging trainer. I am very comfortable working with him and he does challenge me with my strength training program that I am currently working on. It has been over three months since I have started the program and I am definitely seeing and feeling the results with my changing body structure. Thanks so much Jobeiwan for your expertise and professionalism in training me.Donna T.

A comfortable, friendly atmosphere that doesn't poke you about all types of rules. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. And the facility is perfect. It has a variety of areas for lifting, from a well lit smaller area to much large strength training areas with free weights and many Smith machines. And there is plenty of cardio equipment up and downstairs. Whether you want medicine balls, 110 lb dumbbells, kettle bells, boxes, sleds, universal equipment, benches, etc. they have it here. And you get all the classes you could want, a pool, hot tub, racquet ball, and child sitting services. Excellent place with plenty of parking, hours of operation, and all the little extras like towels and water fountains everywhere to exceed your expectations.

It is nearly impossible to cancel your membership. The reason I am leaving a 1 star review is due to the fact that I have tried to cancel my membership numerous times over the last 3 months and it has been nothing but lies and radio silence from the staff.I have been overcharged for my April fee. The general manager of this gym had let me know that I was overcharged and that I would be receiving a refund thru the mail. She also told me that if I send her an email about cancelling my membership then it will be cancelled. Here I am a month later still being billed monthly for a membership that I can no longer use and I have not received a refund for the scam overcharge that was taken from me.When you call the gym the staff members act clueless when asked how we can cancel our membership. They gave me a number for member services which was just an automated message saying that I need to email to make changes to my membership. I have emailed member services asking to cancel and it's nothing but silence on their end.I've been lied to by the general manager and I'm not sure how to cancel my membership at this point. At this point I don't even care about being refunded for the $100+ that they knowingly ripped me off for, I just want to get rid of this membership and never think about this place again. And make sure to lookout for the random $130 fees that they drop on you with little to no explanation.

This place has a good square footage, but the equipment is old and needs to be updated. The movie room is useless, and that space could be used to expand the women room. There is a technician who is constantly repairing equipment that needs to be replaced. The parking lot is chaotic. You can spend a few minutes looking for a spot in a busy hour. There is only 1 single pulled rope equipment in the entire gym. The spinning bikes need to be replaced, overall the entire section, from free weights to the machines has to go.

The gym life is a way of life! It's one of the best places mentally. This gym and the staff are amazing!! They truly care about each person that walks through the door. I highly recommend this gym!

The gym is fine. It’s a good enough place and offers a ton of stuff. The thing I’m giving two stars for is their god awful social media presence. They do nothing but complain about the weights not being put up. I enjoy the gym and like to stay updated on the events they hold but man, whoever is running that page just loves to complain about weights. I always thought social media for corporations is meant to improve public relations and insight interest in the company. They fail miserably at that.

No regular guest passes included with membership, convoluted pricing, contract only, prices that the recruiters quote exceed those of the website, employees are not transparent or honest about pricing, gym recruiters will consistently spam your DMs/Texts trying to recruit you. Whenever you ask for clarification they evade, redirect, and try to show a pro or silver lining. Finally there are price stipulations that do not equally reflect between their other locations regarding using their other locations. If you're OK with all that, they have decent classes and normal equipment. I will not renew.

I have been with One Life since September of 2022 now. I have loved every bit of my experience at this gym, when it comes to the equipment, people, and overall atmosphere. Nevertheless, one of the main reasons I have loved this gym is because of Ty and the Fit360 class (#SHOWOUT). Ty provides great energy, discipline, and amazing knowledge/insight when it comes to the workouts that are done within the class. I have done other classes like this one in the past at other gyms, but usually lose interest and go back to my solo workouts. However, Ty leads the class in a way that keeps me interested and allows me to push myself more and more in a safe and controlled workout environment. Ultimately, I plan to keep coming to this class for a good while.
