I've been a member at this gym for years, and although my experience has been mostly limited to exercise including weightlifting and cardio, this gym is well known for its physical therapy as well. The employees are polite and helpful, the gym is judgement free and the grounds are clean. In addition Riverside has plenty of programs for people of all ages, making the membership well worth it.

Could be better, you have to provide your own towels whereas you’re used to have towels provided for you. There still is not any kickboxing classes nor are there any boxing bags. The gym is OK.

They are now charging their own staff and Riverside providers for membership. My wife is a Riverside provider and I am a physical therapy patient. They are now forcing their staff and all Riverside Providers to pay a $26.99 membership. You would think they would treat their staff and Providers better than this... There equipment is very old, several of the treadmills don't work and the weights/weight machines are rusted. We now have memberships at OneLife at $37.99!!! With brand new equipment and plenty of treadmills.
