I would like to thank Phoebe in helping me strengthen my core and balance through Pilates. I study martial arts and was having difficulty in activating deep core muscles needed for certain movements. My experience with Jen at lifetime in Chestnut Hill has been phenomenal. I was very reluctant to go back to the gym after two back to back pregnancies and Jen made it so easy and seamless. She is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She motivated me to work hard and also gave me so much information about diet and nutrition (remember abs are made in the kitchen ;)). She is so understanding and accommodating of my ever changing schedule with two kids. I know so much more about my body, the form and movements of strength training thanks to Jen. She made made working out and lifting weights truly fun for me and has converted this SoulCycle girl forever. Have been working with Sam in 1:1 personal training since December and it has completely changed what it means to be healthy! Sam has worked with me on increasing strength, building stamina and adjusting daily nutritional intake.I am in month six of training with Sam, and there is a significant increase in muscle, loss of fat and just an overall sense of feeling more healthy.Sam is excellent hearing what my goals are and creating a individualized experience that helps me meet/exceed these goals. I am grateful for her and the work we have done the last half year together!

I love Alpha classes ! I have been going about 5 -6 times a week. The coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength. I take Zach, Andrew & Max’s classes during the week. I have nothing but positives about all the coaches definitely worth a trial. All movements can be modified depending on experience and you’ll be leaving feeling stronger and more confident.

Alpha classes with Zack N. and Andrew C. are my favorite classes! Both the strength and conditioning formats are great workouts, and the trainers are so encouraging, knowledgeable, and supportive. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced gym-goer, these classes have something for everyone and can be tailored/modified for intensity and level. I highly recommend trying out a class or session with any of the trainers, including Zack and Andrew.

I’ve been training with Zack Niziolek at Lifetime Chestnut Hill for a little over 2 years and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is so knowledgeable about strength training, fitness and nutrition. He is the perfect combination of challenging and supportive and I’ve reached fitness goals that I never imagined. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and the most committed to my own health. I’ve done both individual sessions with him and partner training with my best friend and it is always so much fun and I look forward to every session. He is motivating, creative, focused, accessible, funny and able to answer any question I have. He always makes you feel comfortable yet pushes you to achieve more than you imagined. To be honest, I was a little intimidated by the thought of working with a trainer at first, but I did it anyway because I had goals but wasn't sure how to meet them.I first started working with Cameron in August 2022 and from the very beginning, he was extremely friendly and kind and put me at ease right away.My initial goal was to become stronger overall and he took this very seriously. He had so much knowledge and shared everything he knew, from nutrition tips to effective workouts, and even down to his favorite protein powder! As I became more comfortable with my workouts, my goals started to evolve. As soon as I let Cam know, he shifted gears right away to accommodate these new goals in the best way possible. He was very flexible and adapted easily to my needs and restrictions. Overall, Cameron is extremely empathetic and knowledgeable, and he truly cares for individual clients.
