Some of these reviews are crazy. Y'all, it's a Planet Fitness, not a luxury hotel. It's clean, has working machines and weights, and is generally pretty empty. Everything you need in a local gym.

Love the place...but...I have the black card to use the tanning and relaxation beds...but... there's only 1 tanning bed that actually works and that b we d has 24/48 lights that are blown out so it's kinda useless to even bother I've told the manager, who I don't believe it's her fault, but I've also told the district manager 10 tines and nothing gets done I get an excuse that" were moving son"... that does me NO good now... is it that hard to change light bulbs ? Hit me wondering why I p I'm paying extra

Definitely they have terrible customer service, they do not help about anything like a membership cancellation or transfer..! They want some letter to cancel or transfer membership but even you send them it, they don’t care, I called then many time to check my letter.. they have excuses all the time!

The black guy at the reception never greeted anyone or said hi. He was just sitting in the corner and was on his phone like forever. He should get fired. The other dude was very polite and friendly though

They charged me double my membership fee for months without telling me. I didn't find out until I went to cancel - apparently it was an issue with my checking account and even though they had my credit card on file they still charged the "late fee" which made my membership 2x the original price for months. I also had to send them a letter in the mail just to cancel (the other option was going in person. PF doesn't allow for you to cancel over the phone either which is also super inconvenient).I'd personally recommend spending a little bit more (especially if you're going to get charged $40 a month anyway) and going anywhere else like the BSC in Wayland or any of the YMCAs in the area. The Central Rock Climbing gym is really great too.
