Mike pushes me to work as hard as I can, while still providing me with modifications for whatever physical limitations I am currently struggling with. I've worked with him for over 5 years and have arranged my work schedule around my exercise times at Fit4. I can't recommend him more highly.

Awesome small group training that feels like 1:1. Every class is different and you leave thoroughly exhausted- in the best possible way. Mike is great about pushing you while also making sure your form is correct.

Been there since it opened a year ago. Group classes just right size so instructor can observe everyone and give guidance. Mike is tremendously supportive and gives everyone individual attention even while monitoring the entire group, I always feel he is watching over each of us to make sure we are OK.

I have been attending as a new comer to Newton and Mike's training - I have probably done every fitness class, hilt, personal training under the sun. Aging runner blah blah. I have attended his class injured and apprehensive. Mike is EXCELLENT - highly experienced, caring and professional - my fave workout by far. The small group setting is perfect balance of community, encouragement but still the individualized attention of a trainer. Love this program.

Mike is fantastic and is always concerned with safety, form and makes very helpful suggestions if you are struggling with any exercise. He is great at modifying any particular exercise until he knows that you can push yourself a little bit more. Very encouraging - go sign up.

You will never find a fitness instructor better than Mike. He will help you crush goals you never even knew you had or thought were possible, all while respecting your pace. If you are looking to join a small group fitness class, you have to at least try out one of his classes before you make any decisions. You will thank yourself later.

Found Mike while traveling for business. I’ve worked with many trainers over the years and have never found anyone as good as he is. Mike is personally responsible for me being in better shape than I’ve been in years. I appreciate that he never saw my age but instead focused on fitness level and continued improvement.If you want to get in shape, Mike is definitely who you want to work with.

I've been hearing wonderful things from my sister about Mike for years now and finally did a virtual group workout with him this morning (because of the quarantine). He was great and made sure that he was watching people closely to be able to give feedback. He explained not only the basic workout but also things you could do that were a little easier or harder so that people of different levels in the group could tailor it to their abilities. That was great for me, as I am very out of shape. Mike is very upbeat and offers constructive criticism in a very nice way. I look forward to the next workout!
