Russ, Mitch and Taryn are fantastic! I had a surgical achilles rupture injury and they helped me a lot with the recovery process. Each of them shows a lot of care and compassion and willingness to tailor and customize rehab program to my specific needs. Would certainly recommend them to anyone who is recovering from an injury or simply wants to improve their physical fitness

I started going to Paramount Performance & Rehab (PPR) for rehab of my shoulder after a Rotator Cuff Surgery. I had been previously been through two other Rehab Centers, one with my primary care doc's office and another that's known in area for Sports Rehab.Post surgery I knew I wanted to get to having full use of my shoulder, greater extension and range of movement and increased strength. I happened upon PPR after feeling underwhelmed by the two Rehabs I had gone through and researching how & what I could do beyond the band work that is the typical routine most Rehab's use for therapy. I'm not dismissing band work, it just wasn't enough for me to get to where I wanted to be.PPR provided an approach called the Graston Technique (GT). GT helped break up scar tissue, increased blood flow to area which promoted better healing and eliminated pain. After I finished with my insurance approved therapy sessions, I chose to become a training client. Through regular sessions with Russ, I've increased my strength, endurance, eliminated pain and increased movement. I now can attempt to play golf. I say attempt, as I'm a beginner to the sport and am now physically able to perform/play it without limitations.I honestly feel extremely grateful for finding PPR. My life is much better without the physical pain I was enduring and consider myself to be a much better person for the work I'm putting in with training.Thank you to all at PPR.

Russ, Zach, and AJ are the best! Their therapy post-op is unbeatable, and they are incredible. They helped me recover quickly and perfectly from a knee surgery, allowing me to return back to sports stronger than I had been before. I highly recommend their expertise.

Zach was the best. I am a walking disaster. I had foot drop and was being treated for that and within a couple of months, I cracked my ankle as well. Zach treated me for that too. I have knee surgery this month and I requested to go back to Paramount with Zach. He really addressed the underlying conditions and really improved my balance.

I’ve been working with Russ for almost three years now, and I’ve never been stronger or more fit. While he is a physical therapist and owns the gym, he is also a terrific trainer who is deeply knowledgeable about the body and how to heal and strengthen it. I always walk out of his gym feeling like I had fun getting my butt kicked, and know I’m healthier for it.
