I spoke with Ricky Chow ( Regional sales manager) several times via Phone before Coming in to try a Home version Matrix Climbmill. He looked up measurements for me and explained the options I had on models. He was so honest, knowledgeable and very helpful. He even measured me while using the machine to make sure It would fit in my house! The kicker is that he did all of this KNOWING that I had an Industry REP at Matrix who was most likely selling me a commercial Lifestyle one. I was blown away by how helpful he was knowing that I most likely wouldn't even be buying anything from the store. I highly recommend PFE for your home GYM needs. I'm a long time customer of PFE going back to the first store in Natick. I have purchased multiple treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes and other products for more than 30 years. Dave and his crew have always exceeded my expectations. They are very knowledgeable, customer oriented and provide the best equipment which lasts for years, despite heavy use. The experience at PFE continues to evolve and excel over time where other retail experiences do not. Dave care's about his customers, making sure they know how to use the equipment properly. He selects the highest quality products to sell and establishes the best fit for his customers.

I was lucky enough to run into Arthur the day I walked into the store. I’m a fairly avid runner, but certainly nowhere even close to a professional athlete. Be that as it may, I wanted a treadmill that would be both good for just “recreational” running, but could also hold up to occasionally more serious running and also last a long time. Arthur was excellent in educating me on the various options, differences between machines, and even introduced me to something I knew very little about (powered curved treadmills). He was very straightforward and instead of trying to “sell” me just anything, took a genuine interest in my specific needs, likes/dislikes, and what I wanted to get out of a treadmill. I can’t speak for anyone else in the store as I didn’t meet them or work with them, but I highly recommend Arthur as someone who is knowledgeable and friendly.

The only place to get your exercise equipment. Does the most knowledgeable and most knowledgeable salespeople when it comes to exercise equipment.
