Owner will use insensitive words to refer to a 6 year old student just because they were expecting to refund a camp THEY canceled. If you want your child to feel like a number, unwelcomed and unappreciated, this is the place for you. They don't care about the kids, all they care about is their money. Read facebook reviews, this is a trend.

My daughter has taken here for the last 5 years and had a great experience with the facility, coaches, and other gymnasts. Now my younger daughter has started beginner classes as well. Going great so far.

My daughter loved her time at TumbleKids when she was 3 years old turning 4 and the staff were very nice to her and treated us well. Hope she can go again in the future.

I am a former competitive gymnast, and now my 6 year old daughter is showing interest in the sport. Given my background, I was pretty picky about what I was looking for. We tried two other local (well known) places first, however, I was less than impressed with those, so I thought we would give Tumblekids a try. The first thing I noticed was that DeeDee (the owner) was so helpful to me when I called to ask about their offerings. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right placement for my daughter. She invited my daughter to a trial class so she could evaluate her. I watched the whole class and was *really* impressed with the level of instruction I saw; without question the level of instruction was many steps above what I've seen at other gyms. I also really appreciated that they were building the girls up, while still providing corrections, rather than beating them down with what they were doing wrong. This is a breath of fresh air! I immediately signed my daughter up, and she is now so excited to be going to this new gym. If you're new to gymnastics or looking for a better experience, I highly recommend Tumblekids!

My family did not have a very pleasant experience with Tumble Kids of Water Town. To keep it short, Instructors used insensitive words when referring to a 6 year tumble skill. Later when my child felt discourage and unwelcome, we were met by an email calling out her behavior. We wanted Tumble Kids to at the very least acknowledge their part in the matter since words can effect young kids differently but they refused and were met by unapologetic, "apology emails" with a rude tone. As a parent this was a very disheartening to read and to furthermore explain to my child especially since before she was loved before and this sudden switch up must of stemmed from this comment. Parents please be mindful and pay attention to words that are used towards you children
