Great little gym but there is a lost and found trash bin of fooouuulllll gym clothes sitting by the front door/lockers for months now. I'm not sure what a better solution would be. Just throw the stuff out? Have a staff member run it to the laundromat down the street? It stinks up the entire gym.

Gym seems decent it's in the upscale side of Norfolk so the equipment to me is better, but is generally crowded even early in the a.m. nice gym though. May or may not come back my home gym is a lot less crowded so.....

I don't like this location, it look run down, like everything is dusty or something. The PA location is better. This one is too small. And they don't have many cardio machines available. This one is a lot more busy, but they don't have the equipment to keep up.

Love this location. Will drive past multiple others to workout here. Great environment, Great equipment, Multiple sections, Showers are hot, Bathrooms always clean, and Owner/staff are always helpful. He noticed I always got a certain item from the vending machine and then proceded to add more flavors. You really can't beat the hospitality.

Was only able to use this gym for 2 weeks but it is an awesome gym. For those who say it's small pretty much all anytime fitness gyms are but this one is different (at least from the ones in Texas)! It has way more equipment and is laid out way better than most Anytime Fitness gyms I've been too considering its limited space. I do like the separate rooms/studios and between free weights, racks and machines they have everything you need to get Fit! Missing this gym so much... wish mine local one was more like it! Clean, close to the base, supplement store in walking distance and was never really crowded late in the evenings!

What I like best about this gym is that it’s friendly and not intimidating. The people that are regulars are nice people. We encourage and root for each other too. Never usually super super crowded. Clean place, equipment stays clean, big bathrooms. I love that it’s 24 hours as well.
