I love this place! Everything is so clean, the staff are just so delightful when entering the facility it makes you feel confident & comfortable to be who you are! The best part about it is they are very willing to help you out after class if you are struggling with certain moves so you don’t have to worry about hurting yourself. Also a great way to help you reach many different goals! 💪🏼 🫶🏼

OK! So my first time was today! Let me say I knew I was out of shape but until now I didn't knowhow bad! The staff here is thorough and really take time to understand what motivates you and when they see you struggling they encourage and help however possible! The feeling you get just completing the session is euphoric. Laying there on the mat at the end I knew I wanted more an Incredible place to take any fitness journey to!

The facility is super clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. I had a blast and can’t wait go come back!

I attended the group kickboxing class with my teenaged son at the VB location this week and it was very fun. We experienced great front desk customer service followed by a great work out with motivating music, and a very patient and motivating instructor in a non judgemental atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

The atmosphere is wonderful, lively, friendly. The owners are amazing. The instructors are incredible and encouraging, very helpful and make sure that you get the best out of your experience.

Every class is a great class, no two are the same. The instructors are awesome with their enthusiasm, motivation and helping everyone to improve their technique. When we first moved here I signed my daughter and i up for a well advertised 3 day training for a "small price". They told us we had to purchase their gloves on the day of practice or we were unable to join the class. On the first day they spoke to me about signing up for a membership, which is over $500. I did not sign up and was never aloud to finish our other 2 practices. I called and they gave me the run around and never returned my calls. These people DO NOT CARE about YOU and WILL TAKE your Money if given the opportunity.

iLoveKickboxing has changed my life in so many ways! I never thought I’d feel this confident with myself again! I’ve been able to start rebuilding my strength after 3 pregnancies, two of which were csections.This is by far my favorite gym! The staff is absolutely amazing. They’re so sweet, super knowledgeable and will help you in any way that you need it.They’re super clean and want to keep you as healthy as possible. I 100% recommend!

iLoveKickboxing helped me workout even though I have some medical issues that prevent me from doing regular daily workouts. They motivate you and even though one medical issue prevents me from losing weight, I have lost because of their workouts and meal plan accountability. Can't recommend it enough!!
