Pretty solid gym with everything you need for a solid workout. It is laid out well and has plenty of room to move around and get your workout done. Equipment is all maintained and up to date.It is also kept extremely clean, with signs reminding you to clean up after yourself. The manager (Shannon) is also very pleasant and accommodating.Open 24 hours for those of us with crazy work schedules is great!All in all, it is a very good option for the price point. I recommend it.

Great gym . Plenty of freeweight stations and hammer strength machines. Friendly knowledgeable staff and open 24/7 for members.

Always clean and quiet. I have an experienced and very knowledgeable trainer (Danny). Takes his time with me and very patient.

We were out of town on business and needed a gym to accommodate both our workout styles. They had Great customer service and everything we needed for a complete workout. Definitely check them out!

Very very nice gym. I did not even know that there was another in Norfolk. Very spacious with lots of equipment. As I was working out it gave me the feeling and satisfaction from working out in the 90s at the ORIGINAL Gold's or Powerhouse Gym. Have all of your fitness needs including Crossfit. Also very clean and well organized. Definitely a must visit/join especially for military folk. Shout out to Shannon. Whats good cutie 💪🏿💪🏿

I attempted to sign up and considering its "Open 24/7" they turned me away for trying to sign up. The lady at the front with brown lots of white hair was rude about it. The person who recommended this place to me also told me she was unpleasent through their sign up process as well. I wouldn't recommend this place at all

I pay $36 a month to go here, and that’s A LOT for me. I’ve debated going to another gym for cheaper but I just can’t do it. This gym is ALWAYS clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly. The people that come here are always friendly and keep to themselves and there’s never been anyone crazy or annoying in the gym. There’s just a pleasant atmosphere and it’s been worth the money for me every single month.

Nice gym, no complaints on equipment or facility, only con is the membership is pretty expensive and the contract isnt really customer friendly if you need to cancel. If you're doing month to month it's even more expensive but you don't have to worry about cancelling fees
