Went to them for diet controlled diabetes without meds, listened to their advice and blood sugar went into wack mode. Maybe it was just that dietitian.. heard she doesn't work there anymore, so I will try again.

After being away from working out for over a year, I decided it was time to really start again so I called Jim White Fitness & Nutrition to learn about their studio and trainers. I left a voicemail and promptly received a return call from a very friendly and helpful staff member. I explained what I was hoping to achieve, and that I also needed to be cautious along the way because of a previous back injury. I felt like I was heard on that call because my first day there with my trainer Taylor, she not only built a great work out for someone like me basically starting fresh, she was also very considerate when it came to my back. Taylor plans workouts that are challenging and different every time. She’s so smart, motivating and considerate. I appreciate that she explains each exercise and how it’s impacting specific muscle groups, and that she demonstrates proper form for anything I’m doing which is so helpful for preventing injuries. I feel great and am starting to see a difference after 10 sessions. The studio has modern equipment and is very clean and well sanitized after each interaction with any piece of equipment. I highly recommend this studio no matter where you fall on the spectrum of fitness. Great place and people!

My personal trainer is so lovely and makes me feel like I'm really accomplishing something. My nutritionist and the rest of the staff, especially the reciptionists, are also very nice and make sure that all of my needs are met. It has a very welcoming atmosphere, even for those like me who, before coming here, couldn't honestly say they liked fitness at all!

Jim White Studio has been an awesome experience from the day I joined. It’s well equipped with everything I need to work out and the staff is the best. They’re all really cool and friendly and are committed to helping reach your goals with you. Christina is super passionate and does great job designing challenging workouts. They take the time to understand where you’re at and where you want to get to design a program just for you. I started out not knowing how long I would be working out there paying for private sessions but I knew after the first week it was well worth the investment!

I love my trainer, Erika Zach! She is knowledgeable, caring and has developed a workout personalized to me. I am so happy with this gym, it is kept clean, smells good, and has all the equipment one needs.

I have done both personal training and the fitness boot camp at Jim White Fitness. They are AMAZING. Educated, passionate, and motivating. In one month of the boot camp classes, I have lost 1 inch in my waist and 4lbs. I am now enjoying my second month of boot camp and am feeling stronger each and every day. I make it a point to exercise at least 6 days a week and I owe most of my motivation to the energetic trainers who are extremely helpful and encouraging. Jim White Fitness is THE WAY TO GO!

Love, love, love Jim White Fitness Boot Camp!! The instructors are well educated and dedicated in helping us reach our fitness goals. Every class is different, and the instructors carefully monitor our form and progress. Unlike other boot camps I have attended, nutrition is as important to the program as the workouts. I highly recommend this fantastic program for anyone looking to start a program or someone looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
