How do I love Lacey Lee Fitness....let me count the ways! After years of working out with a personal trainer in Florida, I was looking for a workout that would motivate and challenge me. Lacey Lee Fitness is what I had been searching for.This is a great little gym located in the heart of Norfolk that provides boot camp, interval training, power sculpting, and yoga classes. No work out is ever the same, so the classes always provide a challenge for your body. The fitness classes are great for all workout types, as the class is tailored to challenge each and every fitness level.The staff is what truly makes this gym special. Lacey, Darrell, and Nick are there to motivate you and help you with all of your personal fitness goals. I am so thankful to have found this hidden gym in Norfolk. Now what are you waiting for???? I started going to Lacey Lee last fall, and I am still impressed with the quality of the workouts and the level of personal attention. The gym is small enough to not feel like a "big box" gym, but plenty big enough to accommodate lots of movement, and it is very clean and well laid out. Lacey, Nick and Darryl all provide excellent quality circuit training, combining strength and cardio for a full body workout, but their different styles give members great schedule variety. Each class is different every time I go, so I always feel I am being challenged and I never get bored. Now my husband and daughter are both on board and they love it too. Membership is very affordable and you can tailor your membership to fit the frequency with which you plan to attend. I feel very lucky to have this great fitness center right in my neighborhood!

I have been attending Lacey Lee Fitness classes for about a month now and absolutely LOVE it! The trainers, Lacey, Nick, and Darrell, are all extremely motivating, energizing, and positive. Each of them takes an interest in your fitness goals and coaches you into achieving them. The workouts are tough, but the challenge is a constant reminder of why you are there...to reach your goals! I am at heart a marathon runner and I usually shy away from strength training, in the past, I have primarily used my time out on the road logging miles. Lacey Lee Fitness has made me reevaluate my exercise regimen and has made me want to become a more well-rounded athlete and I am already seeing results! Everyday, I look forward to attending class and mixing it up – in my experience no two workouts have been close to the same. I would HIGHLY recommend Lacey Lee Fitness to anyone that is looking for a gym that takes a personal interest in them and their fitness goals, enjoys a challenging yet super fun workout, loves to mix it up, and enjoys working out and socializing with a fantastic group of people! I've been attending group exercise classes at Lacey Lee Fitness for about a year and a half, and I love the way the classes make me feel! My energy levels are much higher, my sleep is more restful, and I have a more positive life outlook. It's awesome! The classes at Lacey Lee Fitness are for anyone from a beginner to an expert. That's one of the best parts - the instructors are knowledgeable and can give you tips to adjust exercises to make them easier or more challenging for you. Which leads to another one of the best parts - whether you're an avid exerciser or not so avid (like me) you can find a place here. My relationship with exercise has been tenuous at best (and it still kinda is!), but I have found that the classes at Lacey Lee Fitness have nudged me towards making exercise a part of my lifestyle permanently.
