Gyms sick. Nice equipment, friendly staff, clean, sauna. Can’t ask for much more. Plenty of squat racks and benches and dead lift pads. Unique equipment like rope climb and gymnastic rings. Only gym I’ve ever been where I liked the music. My one complaint is that $15 for a day pass is robbery and they don’t do guest passes. If it was $10 at-least I would have gave 4 stars. Not sure what the monthly charge is but I’m not from around here.

Great gym, clean, several treadmills and stair steppers, lots of isolation machines, rows of racks and platforms for barbell lifts. Large artificial turf space for sled pulls and warm ups. Membership also gets you access to their gyms in VA Beach.

Tons of equipment, always clean. On the night staff, Antonio is very helpful and I always see him working his butt off to keep things clean and in order. He’s always friendly when I come in and when leaving.

It’s a good environment if you go during their less busy hours. During peak hours I can’t really get much done, there’s hardly room on the turf to stretch sometimes and the same cardio machines have been broken for over a month which is already very limited. The plus side is it’s hard Not to feel motivated with the people that come here. You probably won’t feel like the biggest person here which I like. There are some members that ruin my experience tho because they’re rude. Whatever, it’s a lot of testosterone I guess

Tried going at different times and always waiting to use machines or weights, can’t seem to escape tripods and people taking videos. Kanye West music in the gym ain’t it. Customer service could be a lot better and more welcoming.

Norfolk location,2 treadmills are broken, asked the staff to turn the sauna on and waited 10min and sauna never came on, 1 stair master is also broken, staff did not seem concerned when I told them that the sauna never turned on. Clean building and lots of weight lifting equipment. Just inconvenient at times waiting for certain equipment.Update: Cleaning personnel need to pay attention more this has been sitting here for 24hrs. See picture.

Definitely one of the best gyms in the area if your a strength or physique lifter. Huge facility with lots of equipment. My only two complaints1. If you go to the gym between 4-7pm it’s next to impossible to work out. The place is mobbed with tons of people.2. The bathroom/locker room has no seating or lockers inside.

Amazing staff, clean environment, lots of space, and also has great instructors for no-gi bjj. It's definitely a place I recommend if you want to weightlift or cross-train at regarding bjj should you desire to balance gi alongside no-gi

Ita a great gym although it could use more plate loaded machines like a plate loaded incline press( like the other VA beach gym has..maybe a smith machine as well. Overall a great gym and vibe

This gym is great, definitely big and definitely on the verge of giving the grungy meathead gym vibes you want. If it was a little darker inside (kind like kempsville) it would be perfect. Great space just wish there was some more cable machines.
