Love the 24-hour access for members. It's a extra $6 but it's worth it.

Love the classes especially mixxed fit. It’s high energy and the instructor is awesome. The Pool is super fun for the kids. They offer a lot of summer activities and they enjoyed them. There’s only one downer and that’s the child watch hours are not conducive to the classes hours. If care is pertinent don’t depend on it if you plan to come in. Customer service/leadership reaches out promptly when there is a concern and that’s really good. However (I asked in the building about the child watch hours) there hasn’t been any change so far and it was months ago. I will admit it stops me from going sometime and childcare was my reason for choosing the Y over another gym.

The staff have been great helping me navigate the summer camp options and systems. the YMCA SHR Summer camp options are great - best value for coverage (6:30 AM - 6 PM), price, and care for your kid(s).

Was such a wonderful gym and experience! Staff are very friendly. Was a little disappointed no one showed me the equipment or where anything was when I came to give it a try. But it was well worth it. Daughter and I loved it. Loved the air conditioning and the quality of the machines in the gym.

Unbelievable. Registered both of my children to robotics summer camp this week. First day, teacher wasn't there. Second day, they don't have the material. Children watch tv all day. No information whatsoever. Unbelievable.

I remember when the Y on Granby used to be a friendly and fun place to visit and exercise. The customer service, friendliness of the staff, and professionalism has truly declined. Hopefully this location can get back to smiling faces at the check in desk. As a military family, the staff at the Y on many occasions became our family with the frequency we would visit. This evening, my husband and I went in to workout and tried to introduce ourselves to Albert at the check in desk. The interaction was tense and not at all friendly. Remind staff that while this may be a place of employment for them, its a recreational area for paying members. We would like to feel welcomed.

Doing the group fitness classes, Olathe window walls to keep the space cheerful. Instructors are great!I appreciate the large parking lot and bike rack out front for commuting. The outdoor pool looks nice.

We love the YMCA. 2 hr child care for members is the best ever! I get my weight lifting in and usually follow it up with some cardio. There are always machines open and I'm never feeling judged or rushed. The locker rooms are nice too and always clean. We love going in the summer and playing at the pool.

I take my mother-in-law here when it's time for her to go to physical therapy Physical Therapy inside of the Y. The gym is very big and nice they have a nice size pool but it is outside. They also have a daycare center and a school for the young little ones. Overall it's a nice place to be.

This is one of my favorite YMCA locations in the Norfolk area. It is clean and the equipment is really new. They have all the things you think of for a Y. I usually go here by myself, but they do watch kids. The interactive zone isn't as nice as the Chesapeake Y on South Battlefield Rd, though there aren't many that are. Not very busy most of the time. I like this place. Lots of parking and easy access to get in and out.
