Anytime Fitness

Went downhill after the remodel. I travel for work and see 20 or more atf per year and this went from the top 5 to the bottom 10. The remodel moved everything around, made it feel more cramped. It went from a nice open gym to a warehouse that has a bunch of old equipment. Hardly enough space to get from machine to machine. Spend your money fixing the 3 pieces of broken equipment I tried this morning instead of taking down walls that people liked.

Nice gym, nice people, but DO NOT give Anytime Fitness access to your bank account for automatic payments!!! Three months after my wife satisfied the terms of her contract and terminated her membership the company is STILL taking money out of our bank, despite repeated demands that they stop. Corporate crooks.

This is the best gym I have ever joined. They have a great staff and great equipment. Everyone is friendly and helpful if you don't know how to use any of the equipment. I will never go to another gym.

New manager at this location is doing an outstanding job! It's been a long time since we have seen change and someone who cares about the clients overall experience.The gym is currently undergoing several renovations and new equipment will be arriving this year. I appreciate the dedication we are receiving from the new management.-Joey

Man I love this place. I've been to several different gyms and I can't say enough good things about coming to this one. I've gotten to know all the staff and I enjoy spending time talking with them and getting advice from them. Anytime Fitness is the first gym that I've actually gotten to know anyone that works there. They've set me up with goals and are great at encouraging. I love the system they have for the personal training and their group workouts are enjoyable. I've gotten to know other people who exercise there and its a great community. Good stuff.

I hate Anytime Fitness. The worst customer service I have EVER encountered. They are not present during "staffed hours", never answer the phones, and never return voice mails. I have a FOB that doesn't work and cannot access the club and no one is ever around to fix the issue. The worst gym, it almost seems like they intentionally make it impossible to cancel a membership. Avoid.

Do not join this gym. I have a disabled son so I am only able to work out at night. I needed a 24 hour gym and it had to have tanning. When I scheduled a tour and was sat down to talk numbers, I told the representative I wanted to continue to look around. I was told IF I signed up today, I would be given unlimited free tanning. I agreed and signed up. Not only was I overcharged almost every month (I called and they always refunded the overage but it was a hastle to call every month and be missing money for 5-7 days), they removed the tanning bed only 4 months after I joined for more office space. Don't make the mistake of going here- it's way overpriced and they just see dollar signs when you walk in.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH ANYTIME FITNESS. They are deceptive when its time for your contract to end. They double charged my account when my contract ended! They trap you into 2 more months of payments unless you remember to write a 30 day notice of terminating your contract before it ends (I don't remember being told this when I signed on in the first place). It is shameless and bad practice. The facility is small and the classes are cramped. The only positive experience I've had is with the staff and personal trainers. It is not worth the monthly payment. They didn't offer to accommodate me at all when I told them I have not, nor plan to, use their facility. Instead, I was offered to "freeze" my account. I hate when people act clueless after you clearly state you do not want or need services.

The gym has been getting much better over the last year. Lots of fun new equipment and the staff has always been very friendly. It is nice to be able to get in and out quickly. It isn't too busy and someone is there to say hi and help me if I have any questions.

its a medium size gym, open 24 hours. staff is very helpful and friendly. its a friendly atmosphere. all the people that come to the gym are friendly and anyone there would help you if you needed help. the staff would help in anyway they can if you needed any kind of help. if that meant making you a workout sheet or helping you get in shape or a diet plan or health plan they would help you anyway they can. maybe you need helping learning how to use a certain machine they would be more than happy to help you and they would have a smile on their face. I completely recommend this gym! love it here!
