Brandon trained with Yo on a weekly basis during his high school career. Yo is the best around. He brings professionalism, expertise, knowledge and mental toughness to the trainee. Brandon holds Yo in the highest regard. Yo built the Okla Player of the Year and builds Champions! Much credit to Yo!! Brandon is competing at the D1 level and his strength coaches ask him where he learned is technique. He answers Yo! Thank you Yo!!

Love them gym and all the specific instructions that he gives his students. Both my children 1 girl and 1 boys. They improved on posture, strength, and basic discipline. I would recommend anyone that wants specific training in sports areas to join this program ❤️❤️❤️

Gym Integrity has a welcoming environment and is a great space for personal training and small group classes. Tenia, the expert instructor I work with, has helped me build a strong and toned body and made doing so fun.

My 11 year old son has trained with YoYo for about 2 months now and he loves it! And I love how YoYo motivates, encourages, teaches and at the same time, pushes my son to do quality work over quantity. I have seen a more competitive spirit from my son in spring baseball this season and his speed on field and base paths has improved so much. YOYO Knows Athlete Development! YO is a certified professional with years of experience as a D1 athlete and a successful track record in developing next level HS, D1 and PRO athletes. He has provided team training sessions for our high school basketball team and provided more individualized accelerated development for several of our players in a small group format.
