About a year ago, I had spinal fusion of most of my back. That also included metal rods keeping my spine completeley straight. The most difficult part about my recovery was not feeling comfortable in my own body and not being my usual active self. Every movement I made would feel tight and uncomfortable, even if it had nothing to do with my back. About a year into recovery, my dad recommended that I visit Yoyo to get stretched. After stretching with him only one time my body felt more comfortable, I was able to run faster, and every day tasks are seeming more normal every day. I can’t express enough how much stretching with him has helped me!

I went to YoYo for help with chronic hamstring pain. I am a dancer and have tried almost every possible remedy to help regain lost flexibility after an injury. The fascia stretch therapy is excellent, painless and relaxing. I would leave feeling invigorated. József is the rare kind of practitioner that can effortlessly combine strength with gentle atunement and is a wealth of knowledge. I found the sessions to be incredibly beneficial for helping me to regain lost mobility and flexibility. I will definitely return to Gym Integrity for further sessions!

YoYo has trained our daugher one-on-one and in a team setting. We like his mind and body approach to training. He pushes every athlete to give their very best.

Jo'zsef is the best at what he does. He trains hard with a caring attitude. Our son has come a long way within a short time working with Yo at Gym Integrity. Once you come here, you will not want to go anywhere else. If you are looking for someone to work with yourself or your child, do yourself a favor and talk to Jo'zsef (Yo) first. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Love them gym and all the specific instructions that he gives his students. Both my children 1 girl and 1 boys. They improved on posture, strength, and basic discipline. I would recommend anyone that wants specific training in sports areas to join this program ❤️❤️❤️

Gym Integrity has a welcoming environment and is a great space for personal training and small group classes. Tenia, the expert instructor I work with, has helped me build a strong and toned body and made doing so fun.

My son Riley has been working in a small group with Yo Yo for several months and the results have been remarkable. He has acquired significantly greater strength and agility. The personal training he receives is professional and thorough, and I am very pleased with the results. Yo Yo is in contact with the athletic community in town and the training compliments what the boys receive in school. This turned out to be exactly the kind of personal, high level training I was seeking for Riley.

My 11 year old son has trained with YoYo for about 2 months now and he loves it! And I love how YoYo motivates, encourages, teaches and at the same time, pushes my son to do quality work over quantity. I have seen a more competitive spirit from my son in spring baseball this season and his speed on field and base paths has improved so much. But most important to me is my son respects and learns respect from YoYo. Highly recommend him! Jason

He has provided team training sessions for our high school basketball team and provided more individualized accelerated development for several of our players in a small group format.
