Please do not sign a contract at this gym or do any business at this gym.When I first signed up, I was hopeful because the two men at the counter were super nice and helpful. However, I did not get a tour of the facility like I thought I would. My first day working out there I noticed nearly all of the free weights were busted up, rusted, and broken. If I had gotten a tour I would not have purchased a membership. Every time I left the gym and washed my hands the water would run grey/black because of how dirty and disgusting the equipment is. While working out there, I have barely seen anyone clean that gym or the bathrooms. Paper towels and toilet paper are all over the floor in the restroom and the trash is always full.Not very convenient while we are on our second year through a pandemic. The staffed hours are always changing and never consistent. There is hardly anyone ever up there if you have questions regarding your membership or the equipment. The guy who does work the front desk, when he is there, is nice at least. The owner responds quicker to the bad reviews left on google than she does to my emails! I am seriously disappointed in this place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Loved the gym but they have never once answered the phone. I have called about 10 times over the last month, not one answer, and I had some simple questions and the last time I called, I could tell that someone hung up on me. Not sure what’s going on there but might as well not have a phone.I am editing this review because I see the owner actually responding to people on google but not calls or messages, my name is Cruse Garrett and I just want to cancel my subscription. I believe the payment information is under my fathers name Bob Garrett. I realize times are hard in business but it has to be better than this.Thank you

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. If you have a problem with your bill there is absolutely no one to talk to. They employ young people at the front desk so they don't know answer to any questions or just give you completely wrong information. Was told owner or manager is never on location to help with billing or dispute charges, only the young receptionist was allowed to play middle man with any questions I had. Meanwhile not allowing me to cancel my membership that was signed 4+ years ago because of charges that I cant talk to the manager about. They perform business like children, with no professional at all. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience. Aside from this their franchise is dying due to their apparently horrible business practices and their facilities are absolute trash, hence why all their locations are slowly closing . TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Update:The gym contacted me promptly after seeing this review. They gave me a new key fob and I have not had any problems with the key fob since. I’m not sure if they have addressed the other issue yet, since it is winter, but I appreciate the quick response.This company says they are a 24 hour gym and that they have staff in the building until 8 pm. I am currently sitting outside the gym, well before 8, in my car unable to enter and workout because their entry tags wont work, and there is no one to let me in. I have asked numerous times for a new sign in tag with no response or help from any of the staff. This place is terrible.Also, they do not air condition the building. During my run, the room was at 86 degrees and unbearable.

I signed a 6 month contract. My contracted ended 12/2019. I signed a termination agreement as it was up come January 2020. I was charged in February and they are going to try to charge me for March. They are working under a name that is not theirs. Their license is not valid with the State of Oklahoma. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Go the extra mile and pay someone else. This was around the corner at the time and convenience was attractive. The AC quit working right after I signed up & the equipment is old and ripped. There is never any staff there when they are supposed to be. Just go somewhere else. The staff will not give out the owners name but I already found it. BE AWARE

I enjoyed the convenience of Shape Fitness until recently. Well I had to use the restroom, until recently i was able too. Now I have to upgrade my membership $10 extra bucks just to relieve myself. The company could at least add a restroom or gave customers prior to this change a heads up in the form or letter or email. Instead we have to find out by attempting to scan our card, which doesn't work by the way. Unfortunately, I will be cancelling my membership and biting the fee to do so.

Apparently my $33.67 monthly fee no longer gives me access to the WOMEN'S locker room. They have put a scanner on the door, you have to have an upgraded membership to access the locker room, shower, restrooms now because they put a tiny sauna in that area. The upgraded fee would be $10.00 more a month! If I wanted to pay 40-50 a month I would go somewhere with daycare, new equipment and fitness classes. I'm highly disappointed in this place and how they treat loyal customers.

The website is amateur at best, but I was hoping that's because they're more focused on fitness and it turns out they are which is the only positive.They don't post pricing in their page so it sent me searching the reviews. They want nearly $45 a month if you want locker room access? I paid $22 a month for a year at Planet Fitness with more amenities, why would I pay double for a smaller gym?Then I got to the owner's responses. You can tell again it's mom and pop run. Their smug, arrogant and racist response to being accused of racism is disgusting. Of course the people complaining weren't members, from the reviews, they probably never got helped. Your response is disgusting. More humility and not immediately denying their claim was definitely called for and you did the opposite.I'm glad they were closed so I could do more research. They're next door to me, but I believe I'll drive a few miles and save some money.
