If you're looking for a place to take your breath away, this is the place for you! Heart not beating fast enough don’t be alarmed after the warmup you will be in a moderate to vigorous heart rate! Scared of people making fun of you? Not here!! Staff and members welcome you like a soft cuddly kitten! Scratch that soft cuddly puppy 🐶 (Dogs are way better than cats). The fox den is a spacious box with any type of equipment you need! Coaches will actually coach you on correct form VS weight. Members are friendly and competitive! First of all this is the best gym! Seriously, you will be amazed at what you can achieve with all the amazing coaches guiding you! Then when you don’t want to finish a workout you hear someone cheer you on like an angel! Then before you know it, you finished and feel on top of the world! The foxden openly welcomes every shape and size, From young to young at heart, giving everyone that little push or shove(in my case) to work towards their goals whatever they might be.

Crossfit Fix Den will "remind" those old high school athletes how to really workout, I feel like we gradually forget the intensity level we are capable of. For years after high school for me I thought I had knowledge on what to eat and how to lift. When I stepped into Fox Den it was eye opening everything I knew / was taught was wrong. Nate does a fantastic job emphasizing clean eating, stretching, and learning fundamentals before adding weight on the bar. His overall goal is to keep everyone injury free while we continue to improve!This is not your typical "lift as much as you can" stereotypically gym. People here (Nate, coaches, other gym members) all care for each other and we genuinely enjoy each others company!I can't say enough good things about this program. If you're in the area and looking for a new gym with a new circle of fantastic people to help you on your fitness journey, this is your place!

I was visiting family in Charleston when I decided to drop into Crossfit Fox Den. This gym is a perfect fit for anyone and everyone. Nate and his team of coaches are welcoming, knowledgeable, and motivating. They possess all the equipment you could ever want at a Crossfit gym and then some. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

The coaches here are the best I have ever had. The programming is challenging, but not overwhelming to someone who is just beginning.

This was the best box i have visited so far. I am a recovering drug addict i started using at age 7 i have lost everything in my life to drugs and have been in and out of jail rehab and prison my whole life when i got out of prison two and a half years ago i was workin out and staying clean between all that work and N.A meetings i stayed clean a little over a year ago i started crossfit and somthing about it has really changed my life i feel like a compleatly different person this box i love the community feel of crossfit this box is a great testament to it great progamming great coaching thanks for the experience. The staff and facility here are top notch. Excellent facility with plenty of equipment including concept 2 rowers assault bikes and a ski erg. Well laid out box with plenty of fresh air. Thanks Nathan

Dropped in for a quick workout this last Thursday. Met Nate, the owner and was set up in no time. The place was clean and organized. The workout was intelligently programmed. Nice to see a gym taking time to focus on some flexibility and mobility with their athletes. Don't hesitate to check out Crossfit Fox Den.

I started CrossFit a few months ago, and dropped into the Fox Den while visiting family for the holidays. Loved this place. Clean, spacious gym, and I learned so much from just one session here. The coach was quick to give feedback, which really helped me learn how to do the movements right and really get the most out of my workout. If you go here, you’re going to get the support you need to really make a difference in your fitness goals. The coaches care and they know what they’re doing. 10/10 would recommend!

Great and friendly place. Dropped in a few times while on vacation and the owner was welcoming and accommodating. Will continue to go back when I’m in town.
