The staff is great! But when it gets busy it gets crowded real fast! The only thing is that the last few times I've visited this facility some of the back machines and other equipment have not been greased in a while and that makes the weight feel heavier on one side than the other. Not sure how often they grease the machines but they need it.

Clean, compact , small. And as you'd expect with small gyms locations there isn't a whole array of equipment or copies of it but there's enough for a solid workout. The staff are always on top of the cleanliness and friendly too.

Good amount of cardio equipment, free weights and machines. Small compared to the Losee location. I went during a non peak time and there was plenty of space. Easy check in process. Overall, pleasant gym experience.

Went to the gym after work one night. Left the gym to find my car with the window smashed. TONS of comments on Twitter about this happening among every eos location. Haven’t been back to the gym since! No cameras in the parking lots, maybe at least hire some security??! I’ll be canceling my membership 😒 …

last time i was at the gym my car got broken into and my belongings were stolen. The gym had no cameras or no answers for me on what to do. i would not recommend going to this gym it is very unsafe. I even tried calling Courtney about my membership but she was no help for me and stopped replying in all.

Very clean gym especially the bathrooms. I’ve gone to other gyms where that wasn’t the case. Also the front desk people are very welcoming and friendly, especially the late night shift guy I think his name is Jahdiel. He’s light-hearted and talks to you as a friend rather than some any other gym goer. Very professional

I used to love this place, now workers are forcing you to wear masks while you’re actively running on treadmills. They’d rather someone pass out then have an unmasked person. Avoid this place, at least until the covid fiasco is over.

EOS fitness has been my choice for a majority of my weight lifting life. I've used facilities in Green Valley, Rusell and Mountain Vista (newly renovated, the place is huge now), Lake Mead (converted from a Golds Gym, needs some attention) and now in Centennial Parkway.A few suggesitons on avoiding crowds:the gym is packed during peak hours. 4PM-8PM are the go-to hours for every teenager, college athlete or 'try hard' posting videos on social media.I recommend uncomfortably early, between 4am-6am are sweet spots during the week, smaller crowd, less people hogging multiple benches/weights.Go Saturday and Sunday any time, most of the folks working out during peak hours are doing so to stand-out and look pretty. Saturday and Sunday at 4 and 5am is simply not sexy enough to justify the sacrifice of giving up weekends.Recommendations to Staff at this location:Please control the number of bags that are being hauled through the gym. I am seeing grown men with backpacks filled with all that I can assume as their entire home. its annoying to navigate five or six peoples backpacks in the gym area.Recommendations for new comers:try an early start or late evening, after 9PM the gym typically has lower foot traffic.switch up your routine from commonly used equipment that people can 'show-off' on, namely squat racks, smith machines, bench press and free-weight leg press. a machine or cables will give you the same results. Even using the kettle bells effectively will help build muscle.Note, the cheap pricing and 24/7 model will keep a lot of knuckle heads coming to the gym as a 'chill spot' with their friends. I can't tell EOS how to handle the crowds of people spending 30 minutes on machines, but, telling people they can't do 'max' training would be appreciated.People training max take 30 or 45 minutes at a single spot loading up the weights ruining the rhythm for everyone else. I am happy you can squat 315, but I don't see it being of use bagging groceries or at your part time job. Please do 3 or 4 sets so everyone else can get use out of the rack.To the Staff, can some one make sure there are enough clamps and clips for the free weights? I also saw staff on their phones at front desk while a customer had trouble trying to use a locker.

My usual neighborhood EoS was experiencing some sort of an emergency and had to close for a couple of hours so I decided to drive a bit further to this EoS location instead, and boy what a massive disappointment it was. The space is too small it doesn't qualify for a gym, no social distancing enforced, crammed up with too many ppl... Needless to say that it lacks more equipment than you can think of.

One of the best places to go at night especially when the guy in front counter named jahdiel is there. Super friendly, energetic and gives a good vibe, and was able to give a heads up on the mask policy. Also he made the gym 10x better by his enthusiasm and charisma making it feel like you want to go back to that eos. The place itself is clean and tidy, which is important during these times. The facility at eos is outstanding, everyone is doing what they are told to do to keep the gym alive and well.
