good gym owner just needs to hire more employees for the day care i pay good money for the membership 45$ for you guys not to have ppl 12 am - 4 pm this gym gets too packed around 5-9 pm

Always dirty around the gym, the machines look dirty, the floor is dirty and smells like they mop it with dirty water. Womans bathroom stinks and dirty most of the time between 7am to 6 pm.

Nick the guy that set me up with a membership never mentioned the yearly membership of $49,99.(he insists he did, If he did I would have walked) They ask you for a signature without getting an opportunity to read the contract first. This is called "misleading". Furthermore it's not very clean (see air vents on tredmill) and paper towel dispensers are regularly empty. Overflowing garbage cans. Broken machines take too long to be repaired. And if you paid $10 for unlimited towel service you are out of luck (empty)Instead of being a team member Nick points the finger at other people. Time to go elsewhere.And 2 weeks and a meaningless reaction of the manager later, nothing has been done about the disgusting dirty fans on the tredmills. More and more broken machines, 3 different days no towels in the towel service machine and broken paper towel dispensers. Nobody cares, they just want your money.Another day. 6 of the 6 tredmills in the cinema are out of order. The people running this gym should be ashamed of themselves.

I came at 3am bathroom was closed for cleaning and i come in today and sauna is closed ima just cancel my membership n only keep LVAC

Horrible. Signed up at different location and came to check this one out as it was brand new. So much smaller, staff doesn’t seem to know much about anything. 9/10 machines I we tried did not work at all. Either go to a different EoS or other gym all together
