I like the convenience of having a gym nearby. However, this location gets very busy between 4pm-9pm. There's always a ridiculous amount of teenagers who congregate in large groups while lollygagging and hogging up the equipment which unfortunately kills my progress.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Amenities are constantly down and support is non existent.. went to go cancel, was told computers were down. Went to another location and was told to call a number but it did not lead to a live rep or a cancel option. Went right back in to the centennial location and demanded a manager who stated that I can’t cancel by calling the number that their rep gave me but had to download a new app and register and then quit….it took 2 visits and and another incorrect instruction before I demanded a manger to get what I needed.

They stole my money AFTER my contract was up!I signed a two year (24 month) contract with them in June 2021. It is up! Done! And yet, EOS has now attempted to charge me for a yearly membership fee for a third year in addition to two more months of membership, even AFTER calling their gym to clarify that we are done.An employee claimed I didn't even have a contract, first off. Then I got a manager on the phone in July who said the same at first and then said she found it. I was also told I came into their location in person to set this up (I've never set foot in there. I did everything online and then never found the time to go.) They can't even keep their facts straight.Nobody at this location was willing to help me when I called, and so I submitted proof to my bank instead. Here we are a month later, and I've been charged yet again.I'll be filing a formal complaint and going to the BBB. This is criminal at this point.Never had this issue with LVAC. They honored the contract fully. EOS does not.

They are in need of maintenance people. Why do people wear their shoes and paints in the sauna?! Nasty. The staff need to install a sign explaining that shoes are not to be worn inside the sauna and it’s also proper hygiene to bathe before using the sauna. Now we all know now that people can’t read so use pictures to help explain how to use the sauna. Glass cleaner isn’t a disinfectant and they need to keep the second story area supplied with paper towels. After a health issue I’ve restarted my membership with EŌS fitness and I can say that I still enjoy my time at this location. Not over crowded and the gym is very clean. I can’t appreciate it even more.👍🏽👍🏽

Excellent gym to blow off steam and work out. I can't wait for the pool to be open again.

The front desk is very welcoming! When I first joined, they asked me questions about my weight loss journey and congratulated me on it, and they were very respectful. The equipment is clean, but there are times when the gym gets very full, and it makes it hard to use machines.

Great place and plenty of machines overall love it as a gym. Although I didn't get to experience everything that's offered, I plan to come again.
