Rude male staff at this location that behave like children.

Go to gym. Would be nice if we could find parking and if it wasn't that crowded though

Rude staff, even worse than street salespeople. Constant pressure to sign up; I understand it’s their job to make sales but this gym is different than others in a bad way. They’re very confrontational, I tried to remain calm and not tell the sales guy what I thought about him. Must improve on customer service and sales training.

I respected their policies and had a good experience working out this gym, but one of the employees, Denny, used his work as an excuse to cause a lot of inconvenience to customers, which led me to cancel my membership. The employee created a bad perception here. I hope he will be polite to his customers.Gym was great though!

Profit-Focused (Not Customer), Aesthetically-Pleasing Gym.PROS: The main perk of Gold's Gym is in the aesthetics; venues and equipment are nice, clean, and open. The individuals working at the gym (front desk) are nice, and smile at you upon greeting. It appears to be inviting and welcoming, at a glance.CONS: There are some poor oddities with how Gold's does business, in that you yourself don't have to sign contracts/agree to conditions to join (I never signed anything myself, someone signed up for me), which is problematic. The difficulty in trying to leave the gym/membership has been more difficult with Gold's than any other gym - it's not a simple request or submitting a form (like LA Fitness-easy), instead requiring someone physically to come to the gym and have a meeting, etc., and seems to drag things out with constant terms and condition issues (which I didn't agree to/didn't sign on), along with added surprise 'late' fees for the months we thought we had canceled and didn't attend. With my husband trying to call people back and speak with management, we've been ignored (I get it, no one wants to speak with an unhappy customer). In terms of other cons, the only other issue was just the amount of people - newer location, not big enough for the number of people visiting. One shouldn't have to wait in a line outside to enter the building, or wait regularly for specific machines even during 'off' hours.Bottom-Line: Couldn't recommend Gold's, nor would I hope anyone has to experience the troubles we've endured in trying to cancel. Definitely recommend LA Fitness or other options.

For the membership I paid for, I was not satisfied.1. Lots of camera setups and that made me feel uncomfortable.2.The two times I visited - the women’s bathroom was a little stinky and had a bit of trash in the shower3. I did not see anyone cleaning their machines after using it. When I tried to use the spray bottle and napkins provided, I felt that it was ineffective.4. The app is lacking so hard too, surprisingly.5. Parking? Forget bout it.6. Often very busy.The gym looks incredibly appealing until you start to showing up and see it’s true operation. One thing I did like was the amount of machines and equipments available to create a varied routine but dang the gym is PACKED daily, unless it’s a holiday.

Worst customer service. They said they canceled my account charged me for 5 months after cancellation and are barely giving me back my refund.

Its really busy, but you get to workout in an amazing atmosphere with great people and the machines look well maintained.Nothing to complain about.

I have never seen this kind of cheating.. I went with my friend who is a member just for a tryout. Unknowingly, they signed me up as a member without letting me know the fees.. I was told that for tryout I should pay $3 and I did paid using my credit card. I haven’t visited the gym after my tryout but they have started charging me $39.99 per month. When I called them to cancel my membership they are saying it’s 30 day notice which mean I will have pay for another month.. so, they took more than $100 for just visiting the gym one day..

This gym is absolutely amazing but they need to hire more cleaning staff . For such a big gym there’s isn’t enough maintenance for the amount of volume here . Never any paper towels never any spray bottles especially at all times of the day. The products are being used as fast as they are replenished. Golds can do better especially with the prices they charge .
