So much hype about this gym. They do have a friendly staff however. They never made the steam room as previously advertised in the layout shown to us when me and my wife signed up. Punching bags are short and light and not the Muay Thai Punching Heavy Bag from other Gold's facilities. We signed for Platinum membership which is a joke as the Escape room is "no" escape due to it being crowded. Good thing our membership is for a multi gym so we can go to either our regular club Gold's Fullerton and La Mirada or Santa Anita and Anaheim which has a pool, steam room and Muay Thai Punching Heavy Bags .

Several month member. I was very disappointed with the treatment of guests at the front desk. On multiple occasions I have brought friends in only for them to market to them and hold them for extended periods before allowing them to workout with me. I have a buddy pass but I can’t use it because of this. This slows me down and wastes important time, I don’t think they handle situations professionally and quite frankly they aren’t concerned with member retention it seems. I will probably be switching back to 24 hour fitness or another gym soon.

Overall really like this gym. It’s been a huge improvement from my Chuze fitness membership as far as amenities go.The only reason I’ve eliminated one star is because I really wish that there was more monitoring happening with their Escape room. I’ve noticed quite often groups of people going in with their friends. How is the gym keeping track of this happening?
