LSL Fitness

If you’re looking for a gym that has all the equipment you need to get in shape, and still have a personal touch, LSL is that gym. When we started, we had some pounds to lose and needed to tone up. Just 3-4 months later, we have achieved our goals. Our clothes fit better and we have lost so much percentage body fat! Leo and Lina, the owners, always make us feel motivated and push us to go further. They truly care about our progress and success. And they hold us accountable without making us feel guilty. It’s been such a great experience and I look forward to my workouts when before, it was just something I did.

It has been a pleasure working with LSL over the last 3 years! They have provided me the support, motivation and accountability needed in order for me to accomplish my fitness goals. After a few years of at home workouts during Covid I was looking for something to get me out of the house. I’m so glad I found LSL. Not only am I getting in some excellent workouts, but I’ve found such a supportive and fun community. Leo and Lina truly care about each and every client and help each person to hit their individual goals. I look forward to going every week and always feel energized after!

I can honestly say I am impressed with LSL Fitness. Ever since my first day, I felt as if I was in good hands with a knowledgeable and qualified trainer who not only spends individual time with you but caters to your endurance ability. Leo takes the time to understand your challenges and medical conditions before he guides you through strengthening exercises. I actually look forward to each class and the motivation from the team in each session.

LSL has an awesome community! I've been going here for 2 years and I've seen an improvement. Leo is an amazing coach and trainer! He really works with you to achieve your goals and is so supportive! I’m so glad I finally found the perfect gym for group fitness strength training! (I won’t train as hard on my own). Leo is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me every step of the way to get back to get back into shape and get strong again (after 2 years off). I’m getting my muscle back again, yippee! I train hard without the risk of injury. Everyone here is really nice AND fun to work out with. Group packages are reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend LSL Fitness.

Leo is an excellent coach. Workouts are extremely effective and he makes modifications when necessary to help with any physical issues you may have. You become part of the family where we all encourage each other. I personally travel 24 miles round trip every Saturday to attend class. Highly recommend LSL fitness.

LSL Fitness is an excellent training facility that is sets the stage for a fun and dynamic workout. Leo does an amazing job tailoring each workout to the individual needs of each client, helping them work towards goals while protecting and healing injuries. As someone who has a few old injuries, this is a big deal to me. Leo will give modifications and also will have you stretch muscles that are contributing to it. There are no more than 7 people in each class so you get individual attention and you get to know other members. It’s a great group of folks who encourage each other and are welcoming.
