A manager told me my membership was expiring so I renewed. Little did I know I was getting charged twice a month for a couple of months. When I confronted them about it and even showed the bank statements, they said that there's nothing they could do about it. So I unfortunately just ate the costs.

This place has security guards not fitness staff. They walk around the gym watching your every rep. A kid named Sam, at the front, gives the spot a horrible vibe. What an embarrassment! Never recommend this place

My membership was cancelled during the pandemic. I joined another club that opened before this one. However this one started billing me again without telling me (double billed now). It took me several months to notice and I called and asked for (1) to be cancelled and (2) a refund. They refused to cancel my membership unless I showed up in person and they refused to give me a refund after double billing me. I will now be taking them to small claims. SHADY PRACTICES. AVOID THIS PLACE.
