Please explain to me - why you cannot cancel over the phone? With the Pandemic having changed everything, and being closed down or largely inaccessible for a year, why is it that I'm still having to pay? Why are they still even charging? I have a $100 dollar debt at the moment because Planet Fitness continued to charge me through all of this. I feel bad for the workers, because they have to put up with this toxic corporate scam that they have cooked up. They want it to be inconvenient to close the account, and keep people paying $10 dollars at a time.

This gym was bigger than the one in my area. They had huge blade fans overhead plus air conditioning. Mask wearing is required. Everyone spaced out and hand sanitizer available. Several large tvs and you can listen to any with wired earbuds. Wear earbuds if you don't want to listen to tv. Machines weren't busy so I can take my time do a few rounds not packed at all. Several ellipticals and treadmills. Super clean. All work from what I see . Smelled clean.

Planet Fitness is great. The price? Can't beat it. This location, in particular, is fairly new, so the amenities and equipment are clean and tidy.Note: PF mainly caters to novice lifters and casual gym goers. There are smith machines, but no squat racks, and the dumbbells and ez bars are limited in weight. It's not for everyone, but I give it mad respect for making gym-going accessible to the general public. Fitness for all!
