No wifi...that alone gets 2 stars knocked off. Quit being cheap!! Otherwise the club is average like any other fitness club chain.

Staff here don't try to give you a lecture about the prices and the gym is also very clean and super affordable for literally anybody!

Great prices for a judge free gym and the people working were really helpful and friendly. Though I did not get a membership mainly due to th location being to faraway I would have if they had a gym closer

It is a great place to work out. It has cool massage chairs for after and before workouts. It also is only 10-20 dollars a month and free guests.

I was a member at Hawaiian Gardens a couple years ago. And I rejoined for the Cerritos location. This location needs to improve their customer service skills. I wasn't offered a tour. The front desk guy got irritated at me because I interrupted his conversation with another customer. I'll give it another try, but I might go hack to Hawaiian Gardens if it does not improve.

Staff is always friendly and I'm always greeted with a smile. The only bad thing I can say is, I was not provided a tour on my first visit (bought my membership online) as promised on PF's website, but that doesn't affect my rating for this location. Also, guests/customers of PF, please clean up after yourselves! That's what the spray bottles and paper towels are for.

This is a really nice location. It's well kept. The staff also seem to actually give new members tours, though I didn't get one when I picked up my card. I've seen them walk people through numerous times. Never really an issue getting on a machine here, but I've only been on weekend mornings.

Good only for novice body builder. After 6 months I'd say look to the planet fitness in Hawaiian gardens or chuze fitness in cypressLacks barbell curl bar with added Olympic weights, incline/decline bench presses, only one calf machine, pull up bars(only one assisted machine), only one 45 degree hyper extension lower back machine.Otherwise clean place. Meh only two drinking fountains in the back of gym.
