Shady racket. Went in for the advertised free pass to check out this club since I now live near it. Said I have to pay $15 to try it or even have a tour because I belonged to a 24 hour fitness in San Diego years ago. Or I should join without seeing the space. Must be something very wrong with this location for such bait and switch practices. Scam.

I was a member here for a while, and it is a fine gym. It gets a little crowded, so you often have to wait for machine at peak times. Locker rooms are decently clean. You get your money's worth for the price.

Go when it's not so busy. It's fairly small for the central location it holds, but I think it's my favorite 24. I love the location, the amenities, the community. I don't like how few squat racks there are (so I go to newark for their 5racks on leg day) , and I don't like waiting for machines; but otherwise, my absolute fave.

OK. For those who claim this is a terrible 24-hr, I recommend checking out some other locations. It is a bit below average on upkeep and above average when it comes to amenities. The layout is a little weird, but they're somewhat stuck based on the space they lease. Bottom line is that it doesn't compare well to the newer locations, but is right in line (slightly better) than most downtown locations.

Very slow service. But the most disappointing thing is that my friend's locker was broken into and everything stollen from it ( phone, cash, cards, keys). The lock was with code. So these women broke the coding mechanism. Employees said it happens all the time. So there is some gang in there robbing people all the time. I would give 0 if I could. This gym is dangerous!!!

Let me count the ways that this location has made life inconvenient. Their washer/dryer was broken for nearly three weeks. Meanwhile, those of us who pay for the service still paid for no service. The air conditioner in the classroom is often left off, making it nearly unbearable to take a class in.Out of the past 2 months, their Body Pump class on Wednesdays has been cancelled 6 times with absolutely no warning. I've driven and paid for parking just to attend the class, only to be turned away. They have made no effort to find a new full time instructor for Wednesdays. In short, while we pay for services guaranteed by contract, the management at this location has repeatedly failed to provide those services.

This is a decent gym if you're able to go at a time when it isn't too busy. It's true that the locker room isn't kept up very well but that doesn't really bother me since you don't spend much time in there. Not enough benches but plenty of cardio machines. For the $30/mo or whatever we're paying 24 hour gets the job done.

Staff is OK. Facility is smelly, ceiling is out with exposed electrical wiring. At night women's locker rooms and floors and spa is filthy!

i only go because of the some of the machines i need to use for my back..that said, it's ALWAYS ALWAYS stuffy, no ventilation, the staff has a weird vibe to them like they would rather be somewhere else..Much of the equipment is old, and never ever gets fixed in a timely fashion..EVER..Steam room has been down every year to fix the same tile problems for the last 5 years..it never lasts..Many of the machines take weeks to get fixed..weights walk out on their own, they are never racked, and they get alot of street people who get by the night time staff..which is just another incentive to just not go..at least one shower is ALWAYS down, there was never much hot water..etc..People also hog the weight machines alot here..and give you the "evil eye' if you try and work in..I used to like this gym a lot but the buildup of what i've said has made me go maybe once a week tops..for the last 8 months.if that..i go other places..i would recommend you do too..
