I used to be a super sport member, but after moving to Oakland and coming here once. I immediately dropped my 24 hour fitness membership. Seriously I'd rather do a ghetto workout on a crosswalk signal than work out here... It's dirty and cramped.

the staff here is amazing; the gym and locker facilities are awful... dirty and unkempt... - I dont know why management doesnt bring this location up to par with other Bay Area 24 fitness locations

Disgusting. I'm a 24 Hour Fitness member who loves the Rohnert Park 24 Hour Fitness, and I stopped off at the Webster St. branch when I had a meeting in Oakland this morning. I think stopping for sugary fat-bombs at Dunkin Donuts would have been a healthier choice than going to the gym this morning. I complained about the Santa Rosa branch a few years ago, but I think I need to give it more stars after seeing this place. Amazing job RP, good job SR....but holy crap Webster St., I have no words. Going to ctl-c/ctl-v this to yelp.

THIS PLACE IS A GHETTO MESS! I have seen roaches in the bathroom, the equipment is old as hell, the place reaks and is filthy!!! The staff is GREAT! They are usually relly young but happy to be teher and very helpful.

They need to post more signs indicating what the parking hours are during peak hours. I did not see any signs letting me know what the hours and I had to pay $20 out of my pocket for parking!!!In addition to that the attendants at the parking structure are rude and unfriendly. They are just out to make a quick buck. I hate this facility. The only reason why I go is due to the convenient location.

First thing you notice is the smell, secondly the bad customer service (or it was early and girl was too tired to fake it). All in all it's a pretty good gym tho.

Always clean, small but well organized, don't know if you have to park, but if you work/live around is a really nice location. Customer service simple and cool.

I actually like this gym more than more others, simply because I feel more comfortable here. There's plenty of space to work out and the people are usually friendly and easy to talk to.. I do a lot of free weights, then machines so I've never really had a problem finding a exercise to do. The guys locker room gets really humid at times, but that does really bother me (just a warning) Also there's a rush hour that starts usually around 5pm - 7pm so I like to get there either before or afterwards if i can't make it. My thoughts are that this gym actually gets a few members that commute through the tunnel so they work out before heading home just to beat the traffic. I have to say, there is no shortage of attractive women who come here so that's an added bonus. More so than any other 24hr I've been to and I've been to quite a few.cons... I feel like the associates don't manage the weights at all. They seem to usually stay within their little "chicken pen" up in the front, talking amongst themselves. I really wish they would do more to return the weights to their proper places because sometimes I'm left spending 5mins looking for a set of free weights that were left in a completely different area. And then there was one day that one of the guys was actually going around and managing the weights, but then he came up to me on the machine that I was on and (not some much barked but felt like a scolding) TOLD me to put back the weights when I was done with them, and took them while I was still middle of resting between sets. I really couldn't believe it happened at first, but it really did. I was very surprised, but not as much as when I caught a whiff of weed when we walked by suddenly realizing he was stoned. Yeah I said it, that dude was stoned while working. I'm keeping it anonymous because the event was more comical to me than negative. Still doesn't change the fact I really like this gym.

I usually come to this gym once in awhile, for their spinning classes in the morning. I don't like coming here because parking can be a pain. Wished they had a parking lot for members. The gym is never really clean, make sure you clean the machines before you use them because people usually don't. They don't have a basketball court or a swimming pool so it's limited to some stuff compared to the other gym's. It's much smaller than the high street gym so you do have to wait to use machines even at night. Their front desk folks are always nice and welcoming.

This place is the worst. It is incredibly dirty, the machinery is faulty, they have random dumbbells and are missing tons of equipment and it looks like the staff never cleans anything. By far the worst 24hr fitness location I have ever been in.
