Unsanitary. Shower curtains falling off and moldy in wemans locker room. Broken machines well as dirt and grime on them. Locker room inis always damp.just disgusting..considering plaint fitness!!!!!

Mia is the worst customer service agent I have ever dealt with she is extremely rude and condescending. She does not meet the 24hour customer service , I've previously enjoyed. I can't believe she treated my dad and me to call the police as if we were drug dealers. I made an official complaint about her and hope to hear from management. There is no reason for her to have gone this extreme us, all I wanted was to use the restroom being a member she denied my entrance because my dad was not a member and too Nneeddd to use the restroom.I wasn't asking to use the facility to its capacity for those reasons she felt it was nessary to call the police?

This is a very good gym. It has plenty of space and equipment and I found it very clean. Yes, there are some baseboards that can be fixed and the equipment isn’t brand new but that shouldn’t matter when you’re looking for an affordable option for a workout.I think a lot of negative reviews here have boutique gym expectations and that’s not reality for what we are paying. Happy this gym is here to serve Oakland and you should give it a try and not let the 1 star reviews scare you away. Good luck and get that pump.

why they closed at 9 pm insteas of 24 hrs used to be , like the name say 24 hrs fitness,i have 2 jobs is dificult for me to show up before 9 pm plus this gym is expensive

staff are friendly, variety of machines, offer coaches/trainers and there is classes offered.my issue Is, I've been coming to this location for about a year now, and only ONCE (1) have I seen the studio cleaned. it's full of hair and dust around the edges, please clean it more often

I used to go to the high st location but couldn’t take the stench. I decide to try this location and never looked back. This gym is the best ! It always smells clean and is always being cleaned by the staff members. Most of the time it is empty depending on the hours.
