Coach Michael trying to speak to me about my mask using the sign language so answered him the same language and Next thing I know he say wait here and he runs to his supervisor so I new it’s bad so I leave to locker room toChange and leave but Michael and his supervisor is looking at me changing my clothes in the locker room I had only 20 minutes of workout today will see how it’s going to be tomorrow I’m try to record something

Blue and yellow elliptical machines are hardly working or not working at all. It’s a good gym outside of the cardio machines.

Terrible costumer services, I was there with a guest. I can't believe the way they talked to us.They have no idea how to treat their costumers !We pay a membership to be disrespected. I’m taking my membership else where. DONT COME TO THIS FACILITY ! Save yourself time and a bad moment.

BE VERY CAREFUL ON HIGH ST 24FITNESS. NO EMPLOYEE CAME AROUND TO CHECK IF MASKS WERE BEING WORN. WORKOUT AT YOUR OWN RISK BASICALLY. I SEEN NO EXTRA NOTHING GOING ON EXCEPT EXTRA SPRAY BOTTLES TO SPRAY THE MACHINES. SEVERAL PEOPLE HAD THERE MASKS HALFWAY ON.WHILE EMPLOYEE STOOD AT FRONT DESK THE WHOLE 2HRS I WORKED OUT.

Feels very run down and dirty. Many broken locker, garbage strewn about in the locker room. Many machines broken or poorly maintained. Weights disorganized. I had second thoughts about my membership after visiting this club.

I would not recommend this gym to anyone because of their moral values. I was without a job during quarantine due to COVID this year and they continued to charge my account for a total of over $250 when they were closed taking away from the $ I had left for food and utilities. After they reopened they refused to give me money back and only offered a membership credit. Now their gym is closed again and they are still refusing to do anything to fix the situation. If you want to support a bankrupt company that steals millions from its members during a pandemic, then this is the gym for you!

Nice Gym, the Gym at times gets crowded because of the area.One very important thing, No security in the parking lot. Thieves monitor parking lot when you go into the Gym, all times of the day. After you leave your vehicle and go inside, there is a very good chance you're vehicle will get broken into.My vehicle did !
