Great gym staff and management really care about their members. Facility is kept clean and it's very popular.

We can’t still get an answer even when we get at the place. You can’t believe how much time you have to wait on the phone to speak to the manager. We are about to freak out here also even at their place too. The manager and his assistants are too rude. They don’t care about the customers at all. They said they are gonna work on our case for one week but it’s been two months. And we still can’t get an answer even by going to the place. Wow damn that’s the first time. The administrator should work on it deeply.

This over crowded under maintained gym gets the job done for me. I have heard plenty of people complain about it but the location is super convenient for me so that's what keeps me coming back. If I would change one thing it would be that they would clean the nasty bathroom in the men's room.

Large space with a good selection of weight training and cardio equipment. Enough to get a good work out in a “no frills” facility.The staff (and other members) could do a better job at racking or making sure the dumbbells are racked or at least in the bench area. It’s annoying to hunt all over the gym for dumbells.I avoid the locker room whenever possible. *shutter*

Facilities are dirty and disgusting. I'm very surprised there has not been a MRSA/Staph outbreak. What's worse, there is zero customer service at all. Not one of my complaints has ever received even a form reply. Right now I'm having to dispute a credit card transaction because they left me on hold perpetually and ignored my cancellation form submission. Absolutely horrible customer service and their guests will suffer dearly from the lack of sanitation. People die from staph infections, not that 24 hour fitness cares. They'll just keep billing.

This location is a joke and that in this case begins from the "GM" down. In the event you read this Mr. GM, when interacting with a concerned club member it is common courtesy and customer service 101 to INTRODUCE YOURSELF. Today when I bought to your attention that there was a member who was blocking other club members from using 3 to 4 work out stations at a time all you said was ok about 15 times not to mention the look on your face like I was bothering you. I do not know if you said anything to this person about their in appropriate behavior in the gym if you did it was not much because you we gone from the area where the person was when I looked up 15 seconds later. He was kind of big maybe you were intimidated. I am a business owner as well as a club member and in my opinion after working out at you location for 3/4 months you need to step up your "GM" game to at least the basics. You might want to keep the parking lot locker room and most other areas a little more in line with normal cleanliness standards.

Updating this review on 3/7 to say that this gym REALLY NEEDS MORE SQUAT RACKS. There are 2 and they are ALWAYS being used, often by people doing exercises they could easily do elsewhere.Original review:I've been using this gym for a few years now, and I find it decently good. It does get pretty busy, but if you try to go during non-drive times it's not bad. Membership is pretty cheap and it gets the job done. I do wish they'd add maybe 1 more squat rack, there are 2 and they are always being used it seems!

The cleaning staff during the night shift are very unprofessional. The staff informed me and another person that the men’s locker room is closed. I was finishing up getting my belongings together, and I walked to my locker. A staff member decides to throw cleaning solution on the FLOOR near the lockers while I was in there! Luckily, I was wearing my shoes! This is very dangerous and I informed the security guard because I don’t know if the other person in the men’s locker room was wearing any protective foot wear. I’m very disappointed with my visit tonight. Please talk to your cleaning staff about this! Blessed be! Peace, Love, and Light!

I wish I could give them less than 0 stars. Terrible services!!!The locker room NOT SAFE!!!!! The locker room NOT SAFE!!!!! The locker room NOT SAFE!!!!!My gym bag got stolen, someone broke my lock.I report to the stuff and they can't hell at all. I lost all my id, bank cards, and money. Money doesn't matter that much but waste a lot of my time to get new cards. Very poor condition gym.I NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!

The gym needs a lot of work. It has been neglected for many years now. Showers don’t work (no hot water and some of them don’t even have faucets), everything is very dirty, the equipment needs to be updated. There are black mold in the bathroom ceiling and on the AC docks. Handicap shower seat it’s broken. It used to be a lot better in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It seems like the management don’t want to spend money to maintain the place.
