Horrible gym!Rude owner, he doesn’t treat you well if you are not white. He was really rude, I felt hated and harassed by Gavin. If you are POC, I do not recommend to go there at all

Signed up with them almost 2 years ago cancelled my account because I moved. They randomly started charging me again without my permission. Don’t trust this gym with your billing info.

This gym is more than a gym for me, and also for others who goes there. I chose to go there because its a local business. Amazing personel and very knowledgeable training staff. I would highly recommend the gym anyone looking for a real gym.

Love this gym. I am able to practice yoga here daily in the posing room, use the stairmaster along with access to all the weights and machines. All the trainers are kind and dedicated to their personal journeys and give so much to their clients, it's beautiful to witness. Although my practice when I go to this gym is yoga I am inspired by the bodybuilders and the beautiful family vibe I feel when I practice here.

Couldn’t get into the gym, owners wont respond, and no employees there during operating hours. I tried calling, emailing, and texting, and no one would respond (still no response after days). Seems like a lazy way to run a business.

So… it has been a long time that Jim and I have gone to the gym together since before Covid! One of the things that is bringing us to Metroflex is the excellence of not only physical education, especially for me, but an owner and staff that believe in our truths! This is a top notch gym! The owner is amazing and the equipment is awesome. Inexpensive. Just a good no frills place to get fit!!! A bit of a throw back gym vs all these big box gyms with Zumba and classes. You come here to get huge, not to waste time!
