I participate in the MAC program which is strength building along with Stretch, cardio or balance. I appreciate the routines Lauri sets up for my class and for the gals that attend each session. Jo offers open gym hours conducive with my schedule. Polarize is the place to go for your workouts.

I joined in May 2022. I must confess that at the beginning I was scared, I felt intimidated by the idea of ​​going to a gym with CrossFit athletes, especially after more than ten years of a sedentary lifestyle. I highly recommend Polarize CrossFit to anyone looking for a place to change their life. All of the coaches have been exceptional. Especially, Coach Jo, you can tell she loves what she does, she welcomes anyone and adapts to any level of each athlete. She also helps me and keeps helping me with exercises, advice, and my knee pain which almost go away since I came here. I remember I couldn't even bend my knee or use steps, now I am jumping boxes. Polarize CrossFit makes me feel like family. You can make friends and feel welcome while growing your strengths, and abilities, and most importantly I felt like I belonged here from day one.

This place is amazing, I started my fitness journey here last year and made a huge amount of progress, gaining 20 lbs of muscle and beating my anorexia. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helped me grow at a much faster rate than I would have if I started at a public gym. Not to mention, the gym is extremely clean all the time, all athletes are required to wipe down their equipment and mop their portion of the floor. There is also staff that comes in daily to keep up the cleaning. Overall great gym, I would definitely recommend trying it out. (The picture posted is my one year transformation)

My daughter plays travel softball and needed a local ,quality trainer . Finding Coach Jo @ Polarized fitness has been the best ! She talks to you , understands what you want and need . The gym is always super clean , always friendly and dedicated staff as well ! It’s a must have in your routine !

I love this gym!This welcoming, non-judgmental community has been like a second family to me for the past 4 years. Coach Jo is kind, passionate and knowledgeable and can teach anyone who is willing to learn. I really like that all workouts are adaptable for any skill level so anyone can come in and get a great, SAFE workout. Over the past 4 years, I have grown and learned so much as a Polarize athlete and am thankful to be apart of this lifestyle of health, fitness and safety.

Coach Jo and Jesse have been super amazing, supportive, and knowledgeable. I attend the Sweat boot camp and I feel great afterwards. They consider any injuries you may have had to help modify any exercises. I feel welcomed and cared for at this gym ❤️

Great community and great coaches! This place brings people together and great for all levels of fitness. Coaches will help you if you are just starting your fitness journey as well as help the more advanced athletes work on their advanced skill movements

This is by far the best CrossFit gym I have ever been to. I spent just under two years of my life with this gym (only left because my boyfriend and I moved to Utah). A close knit gym is what I believe is the most important quality for a good CrossFit gym to have. It helps push athletes and coaches to stay motivated while continuing to improve. The coaches and athletes treat each other like family here. They push and encourage while knowing each athletes goals and limits. They celebrate small victories as well as large and improvement is what motivates coaches to continue to push and support their athletes. I have tried many new CrossFit gyms out in Utah and I can’t find one that compares to Polarize CrossFit. I miss it so much and I wish I still lived close by.
