My husband and I went in to get him on a weight gain regiment. (We really don't know a whole lot about this kind of stuff) Orvil was such great help and got us on a meal plan and showed us all the things we needed and things we might of forgot as newbies like for energy, pre-work out and things like that he could use during work! He was so helpful!

Levi, Geo and Marlin were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to either get started or get that extra edge in the gym. Definitely 5 star worthy.

A rep from Total Nutrition set up at our gym and talked to us for awhile about some options for us. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products he had. We were given some samples and were impressed with them.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff on all their products. The only place i go to for any of my supplemental needs. From customizing a meal plan to helping me lose body fat without losing muscle mass. Glad to have them in my corner throughout my weightloss journey. Highly recommend this place to everyone I know.
