If I could rate a zero I would the machines have been broken for MONTHS why do I pay a membership if you don’t put our money to use ??? The floor is lifting everywhere it is so uneven it’s literally a hazard . Do better

I’m changing my review because I’m a good member, never give problems always pay my membership on time but today I was just relaxing at the sauna then when I come out everything was shut down I could not take a shower or use the restroom I only wanted to use hot water from the sink to wipe out the sweat from my face and one of the staff ladies started yelling at me she said no don’t do that I told her I just need hot water. Furthermore, I was getting ready to leave the gym then the manager Jamie come in with attitude and was so rude telling me that I was told that I needed to leave. First of all I don’t have a crystal ball to know what is happening, no one told me to leave it was obvious and I was just doing that getting ready to leave. I didn’t wanted to argue with her I just asked her to give me a min to put my things in my bag and leave. Everything at this gym is falling apart, most of the machines don’t work they are broken and the management don’t care about members. She could handle things different but she didn’t. Not professional at all.

So I've been going here for a few months now and tomorrow I will be cancelling my membership. The equipment is always broken. There's a lack of useful equipment such as 1 hack squat and 1 inverted leg press, They have lack of cable machines that work. Then if the equipment isn't broken you have to wait around for little kids to stop talking to their friends or get off their phones to use the equipment!! This is not a place for people who are serious about fitness... By the way y'all are fixing to have a law suit with amount of clueless kids that go here who are seconds away from injuring themselves.

LOW quality gym & employees. Plus machines are always broken.

Went here on Friday to get information about starting a membership where Valerie attended to me with complete kindness and great energy

Chris walked us around the gym to show us the facility. Asked if it was what we expected and after confirmation showed us the membership options. We were sold as we like all the information upfront no surprise welcomed when auto drafting our account.

Valerie was a lovely person to speak to had a very bright energy
