Everyone is focused on themselves and improving their personal health and strength. Some of the nicest gym girls I’ve ever encountered and the daycare is top tier. My daughter loves the play area and even asks me in off days to come. Stephanie is super welcoming and helpful!

Love working out at Flex. Love all the equipment they have and classes. Childcare is great. Lynette and Kelsie are the best. They take very good care of all the children and make sure they are safe and having fun. They’re are the best!!!!

Finally found my place! Love this gym. Love the staff. Funky Monkey smoothie is my jam. The daycare at the Mall location is PHENOMENAL. Also have an area to pump outside. If we could get an old school hack squat, I'll start a petition for 6 stars.
