Odessa Family YMCA, located at 3001 E University Blvd, Odessa, TX, offers a range of activities for all ages, including swimming, karate, basketball, and more. The gym is community-centric, relying on donations and prioritizing inclusivity by not turning away individuals due to financial constraints. Their staff is known for being friendly and helpful, adding to a welcoming atmosphere.

Had to get fingerprinting performed for a state license at IdentoGo which is somehow being performed at the YMCA by YMCA personnel. I obviously was a bother and an inconvenience to the person who assisted me.

Awful! I got the family membership for $70 a mo. Only to find out that I had access to basically nothing! Then the "upgrade" and "program" cost are exorbitant! $107 a month to access the men's fitness center, plus $85 for the wife, plus, plus, plus. Man I didn't mean to join the redneck country club! I just wanna lift some weights then take a swim a couple of times a week WITHOUT it costing a fortune.

Gym looked very nice and dressing room very clean. I would get a membership there if I worked out or had kids to take to the daycare..

Called to see about a membership before I went up there, I was told there was a 7day free trial, and I could pay cash for my membership,I personally don't like things automatically coming off my card, I get there and was told I couldn't pay cash for my membership. I asked why? And was told "because of the Corona virus" when I proceeded to as what that had to do with anything, I was told it was because people didn't pay there monthly bills, they'd just walk in.🤔🤔🤔 so I'm like ummmmm how exactly does the 2 coincide, with each other,so I called and was transferred to another supervisor who was rude as hell,

I used to work at this gym when I was in high school. I have been a member on and off for over 20 years. It’s sad to see how the level of customer service has plummeted over the past few years. They couldn’t care less about their members. The building is also very old and run down. Not to mention, they are the highest priced gym in Odessa. Employees are very mismanaged and lazy. It’s sad.
