Hated this gym! The cardio room is outdated and the wifi didn't ever seem to be working. The weight room was awesome, however you couldn't use the machine because the guy ahead of you is texting, taking selfies, etc. The pool was always full of annoying, inconsiderate, and wild kids (everyone's favorite). Total chaos here, this place has way too many things going on all at once, at any given moment.

Not a good experience here. We moved here from out of state and this is the worst YMCA I've ever seen. Rowdy kids hang out at the front using inappropriate language and I always feel very uncomfortable when I have to walk through the doors to bring my child to basketball practice. Last night a teenage girl (approximately 12 or 13 years old) was straddling a boy while he was sitting in a chair and being extremely sexual in the corridor while children and parents were walking out from youth basketball games. Similar behavior happens pretty much every time we come here to this place. It is not welcoming to outsiders who are not from Odessa. Pretty disappointing because we heard Odessa was a great place to have kids for sports. The basketball program is also very unusual. Being a coach myself, I have been disappointed to see the way my child has been treated by other players and no one says or does anything to correct behavior. I have heard the same few individuals coach and I guess it's sad for some of these kids who could really benefit from learning the fundamentals and mechanics at an early age. Hopefully someone will get a better handle on this place and turn it into an upstanding place that everyone in the community could benefit from.

I think some of the staff don't know what they're doing my son has been bitten a lot of times this past week and I don't want to do nothing about it so don't take your kid to this place I think I'm going to get him out and put them somewhere else he comes home every day with a bite mark

My son attended the YMCA summer program for some weeks and I would not recommend it. The class was overcrowded with kids sitting on a dingy carpet most of the day. There were no activities planned to keep school aged children occupied throughout the day. Most days they watched television. For the amount of money they ask for to include extra for field trips, I did not think it was worth it. The "teachers" did not seem interested in child development as they were in getting the day over with. Close to the end of the day they would line up the children and sell them junk food (candy, chips, ice cream).

I was visiting from Houston for a few days. I have been using this facilities from Monday, October 3rd. 2016 to Thursday, October 6th 2016.I love this place. The people that work here are all great, amazing people. Mr. Rock is such a great guy, and all the team was super friendly and kind. I will certainly miss their great service to the members. They go above and beyond to help you in anything you need. Plus the hours are phenomenal, 5 am to 12 am?I love my YMCA back home, but I certainly didn't miss it because of the kindness and attention from this location. The ladies Selena, and another Hispanic lady, (I'm sorry I forgot her name). They are super helpful and nice. Great personalities. And Mr. Rock (men's locker room) and Sergio (I believe that's his name) from the front are amazing. The rest of the team I didn't ask their name because I was in and out, but they all were super friendly.Love this place, love YMCA, love these people. I pray that God bless them all with amazing health, and prosperity in all areas of their lives.
