I usually rate this place higher. I have been going here for some time, but today, the employees that are working (2 young women and a young man) behind the desk are extremely loud and obnoxious. Very sad to see this happening to this establishment. I could not find a manager to inform. Actually the young man was fine, but the younger ladies were extremely unprofessional. I would have posted a video of it. Everyone in the gym was turning and looking at them out of annoyance. Hope it gets better. Do love the new equipment and the second gentlemen was working diligently cleaning the machines.

Temperature is way too warm this time of year. Summer was great!! Fall, winter and spring..... They keep it too warm. Questioning and complaining does no good. I just Cancelled my black gold portion of membership. If I can't use the rooms due to temperature, I'm not paying for it. Everything else is great though. They should survey their members to see how they can improve.

I have been to many 360, this is the worst. Water was 85 degress and so was the a/c. I urge no one to go to this gym.

Gym was nice. Front desk was bad. Paid for a month pass. After a week they wanted me to pay more so i never went back. Keep your receipts.

Worst planet fitness ever.. I have been to several and this has to be the most cheaply thrown together mess I've ever walked into.. I have loved every one Ive ever seen but this was terrible.. tanning beds didn't want to work would actually make you cold gym equipment was everywhere not in order thrown in place and is so much smaller than expected.. I really figured odessOwould have had an awesome planet fitness this was very upsetting being I moved here for the gym opportunities.. such a let down.

Stopped in on my lunch with safety glasses that the nose peace had come off. I was in a hurry being on break. And again i was waited on by Nitucha who was prompt and very helpful in my needs. Nitucha was very nice and quickly took care of things so I was able to get back to work before my break was up. Thanks again Nitucha for a job well done. Hope to see you my next visit.

Front desk agent isn't clear with the terms with will have you out of pocket $200 for two people. Join your neighborhood recreation center or own your own equipment. 1/3 of televisions don't work, massage table is always down, massage chair broken, and 30 minute workout area needs monitoring.

Awesome gym, great atmosphere, come get it in I would love too see you here. Not hard to miss me cause I be going hard LoL. They have everything at this gym, tanning bed not that I need one lol, massage chairs, the whole nine, like I said its amazing. Judgement Free Zone..

This is my home gym and the first gym membership I have ever had. I am a black card member. This location is usually very clean. The staff always greets me upon entrance. They answer any questions I have and will even walk me to something if needed. They have the tanning, massage chairs, hydro massage, and total body enhancement. This whole gym is super spacious. Even during peak hours it doesn’t feel crowded or loud. I do with the designated stretching area had more mats. The 30 minute circuit and 12 minute ab areas also don’t feel crowded. I do with the monitored those areas more, because if I am doing a 30 minute workout, it means I’m on a time crunch. I don’t have time to waste waiting on people who don’t follow the rules. All the rules/classes/WiFi etc and very clearly marked. There are plenty of machines, but no stair stepper.
