Read the small print. I was lied to. I went back to settle the issue and the Manager that lied to me was fired. They withdrew from my account for 6 months when I only wanted month to month. I moved as my mother in law passed away. Very rude and no apology at all. Also, many members don't clean machines after sweating on them. I DO NOT recommend this facility.

This place has given me a great deal on their membership and has many machines to use. They also prioritize cleaning.

Where to begin there are many things wrong with this facility. Let me start off by saying the women’s area has no working air conditioner this area is hotter than the sauna they have. This has been going on for the past 6 months now and instead of getting professionals to fix the main issue with the air conditioning their solution was to place floor oscillating fans which only circulate the already hot air in there. The sauna area is small only two people can be there at the time and it’s dirty also it was not working for a whole month which is not surprising as there is always multiple equipment or areas that are not working or as they like to label them “sorry I have pulled a hammy.” There needs to be more staff performing cleaning duties not once have I ever seen any of their staff wiping down equipment or tidying up the place, as it is the members that frequent the place are not one to wipe down their equipment after each use. There has been sightings of bugs/roaches in different areas like the turf section of this gym. The equipment is outdated and there should be more selection of the most used equipment for example a leg press they have 1 of these machines when they have like 30 treadmills where only half of them are working. The cable machines are always missing attachments and the actual cables are hanging by a thread just waiting for an accident to happen. From a womens perspective my main reason for signing up to this gym was the women’s area where I mistakenly thought it would be nice to enjoy but instead I have to suffer from the awful conditions in which they have it only because I have children and this is one of the only gyms in this area to offer the childcare which I’m sure is also the main reason why other women sign up for it even when knowing that this is the conditions in which they keep the facility. With this review I hope to bring awareness of all the wrongs with this place and hope that whomever is managing this place makes a call for change.
