I have been to a lot of chiropractors over the years and I have to say that Dr. Coty and his team at adjusted life chiropractic are the best! They are friendly and knowledgeable and you know when you are there that they really want to see you heal and improve you life not only physically but mentally and emotionally. Dr Spraggs and his wife are two of the most amazing people I know running this business, there’s few people I’d trust more with my physical health. They not only help you with your current problems but enjoy educating you as well on how to keep those ailments away. My visit with Dr Spraggs was the best chiropractic experience I’ve ever had.

Dr. Cody in a staff went out of their way to accommodate my hours. Dr. Cody and his teams knowledge of chiropractic and nutrition really help me with my dietary track pain I was experiencing. They are kind and gentle. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to see Dr. Coty because I was having back pain and pelvic floor pain due to postpartum and having an office job where I am required to sit for extended periods of time. He did a evaluation and came up with a treatment plan for the next 3 months. Once agreed on the plan I got my first adjustment on the same day. Now I am close to the end of my treatment and am so very grateful for all the work we’ve accomplished together. After each month we’ve done a progress assessment and I am looking forward for the 3-months results. The team is amazing, so knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Going in for adjustments quickly became one of my favorite parts of the week and it truly is best investment in my health.
